Fmr Pleasant Hill Mayor/ret. Contra Costa County sheriff deputy's SON'S SPECIAL TREATMENT

by Freitas (FreitasFmly4 [at] aol.com)
Former mayor/retired sheriff deputy's son is arrested for an attempted car-jacking/attempted robbery/false imprisonment/Assault with a Deadly Weapon having been positively ID'd by his hospitalized victim. However, the County D.A. FAILS TO PRESS CHARGES. And, it appears there was NO FOLLOW THROUGH ON BLOOD EVIDENCE BY THE PLEASANT HILL POLICE DEPARTMENT, and no explanation has been given. Five months later this dangerous young man stabbed again, a violent crime for which my son (a look-alike) was arrested and incarcerated--$30,000 bail, and that was only the beginning. False statements were documented in police reports. Four adult alibi witnesses (one a sworn peace officer) were deemed non-credible by Pleasant Hill Police investigators. The police department (specific officers named in our blog) must be held to answer.
Please visit our blog, then share it with all others. You wont get this information out of the PHPD or D.A.'s office. Demand answers, or expect more of the same.
Thank you for taking the time to educate our Bay Area communities.
