LENNAR a Rogue Developer tries to hoodwink the Bayview Hunters Point community again.
LENNAR is a Rogue Developer that must leave San Francisco. If this City and County of San Francisco continues to have any dealings with this DUBIOUS developer - the City and County of San Francisco will suffer. This time around the suffering will be a thousand times worse then what is happening on Mare Island and the City of Vallejo. All over this Nation - thousands of innocent people are suing LENNAR. Lennar is a company that does not respect - DECENCY and Fair Play.
LENNAR a Rogue Developer, thinks, that the decent folks that live in San Francisco will pander to its whims and fancy like Aurelious Walker, Gary Banks, Willie B. Kennedy, Linda Richardson, Sophie Maxwell, Doris Vincent, and the many mostly BLACK sell outs that have harmed our community in the Bayview Hunters Point area.
The demographics of Bayview Hunters Point has changed and some corrupt BLACKS are not respected at all. Especially those that feel and think they can do as they please on behalf of the changed - community. The Latinos, the Asians, the Native American, decent Whites and Blacks are left in the dark. In fact the sell outs do not have peace of mind and the only factor that can buy them temporary comfort - is some BLOOD money.
LENNAR recently declared its intention to build some town homes on Parcel A. It has NOT kept its time line and is in default - linked to the Disposition and Development Agreement. If this City want to pander to LENNAR, accept the amendments and the many changes in its corporate structure - such as the LLCs and LLPs - shame on this City and County of San Francisco.
Well, no one in their right mind will buy these toxic shacks on Parcel A. Why would anyone want to live in the middle of Chernobyl?
We have thousands of decent people that understand what a Superfund Site is. We know for a fact that depleted Uranium was first tested at Hunters Point. In the year 2000 the people of San Francisco - mandated by Proposition P that the entire Shipyard be cleaned to Residential Standards. This has not been done - yet.
We know for a fact it will take a BILLION to clean parcels - E and E2. The U.S. Navy polluted these parcels and it is the duty of the U.S. Navy to clean these parcels.
On Parcel A - Lennar further polluted a wide area,Parcel A that was partially clean and conveyed to the City and County of San Francisco - by NOT following the Dust Mitigation Plan - Article 31 of the San Francisco Health Department.
On October 14, 2009 there was a reading of over 400,700 Asbestos Structures per cubic meter. The cap is 16,000 structures per cubic meter. One Asbestos Structure - if it enters your system can cause harm. Now, imagine daily the many workers not wearing any Safety Equipment - breathing Asbestos Structures - freely. Some of them sit in the middle of the toxic land and have their lunch. We have a video and photographs to prove about what I am stating.
This is a High Crime crying to Heaven for Justice. This Racist City and our Racist Mayor, Gavin Newsom is pandering to LENNAR - to fill his campaign coffers. I said it a long time ago - " no good will ever come at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard". " No good what so ever".
LENNAR latest fiscal returns are very poor. As much as LENNAR is trying to consolidate its properties - time and time again - faulty building practices, cheating innocent clients, using toxic material such as toxic Sheet Rock from China. declaring BANKRUPTCY when things get hot such as at Mare Island and in Southern California - with LandSource - have branded LENNAR as a DUBIOUS entity - an evil one that should stop its ploys and machinations - and fade away.
Thousands of housing units sit vacant all over Florida. This is a shame. Every day thousands curse LENNAR and yet our Mayor, Gavin Newsom want LENNAR to continue building inferior homes in San Francisco and adversely impact mostly people of color in the Bayview Hunters Point area.
The few Blacks that I have mentioned again and again as Sell Outs - should be ashamed of themselves. Anyone who has taken money from LENNAR should give it back. The reason is simple - it is all BLOOD money. LENNAR, has with intent slowly poisoned our children and elders and for this will SUFFER in large measure.
It is the duty of the United States Navy to clean the entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. I have said this countless times. This does not mean a CAP which the U.S. Navy wants to do to wash its hands. Well, the U.S. Navy is in deep trouble and this time it will drown in the making of its own CESSPOOL. Mr. Keith Forman and Mr. Douglas Gilkey you better take your jobs very seriously. You cannot FOOL all the people all the time.
LENNAR has no conscience - like AIG. Leaman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, others of this ILK - they are out to make money. LENNAR founders are crooks and have been taken to court. LENNAR will sink and sink quickly. When I took this fight many years ago - I was told that LENNAR is so big it will be difficult to topple it.
At one time LENNAR stocks and share will over $70 now they are in their single digit. I am a witness to their stocks and shares being under $4. This tell me that LENNAR will not be able to overcome the present Economic Crisis - they will fail - even as today they are sinking in the CESSPOOL of their own making and drowning.
The Main Media continues to support LENNAR. And so do the Public Relations crooks that I have named many times. Our Mayor, Gavin Newsom and our Board of Supervisors - those that took money from LENNAR are beholden to LENNAR and to the DEVIL.
LENNAR works for the Pacific Heights Mafia and others that do not have the best interest of common people - the constituents of San Francisco.
Some foolish folks think that some RESOLUTIONS will aid them. Resolutions passed by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors mean nothing in Court. An Ordinance does. Hearings can highlight the criminality of LENNAR but this Racist City does not care much what happens in the Southeast Sector. Witness the recent transfer of 23 acres of State Park Land to LENNAR.
Lennar has over 980 acres proposed to be given to them for development at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - yet, Senator Mark Leno without having one single meeting in the Bayview Hunters Point Community - managed to give Lennar 23 acres of State Park Land. This is crime because it is simple wrong to give a Rogue Company like LENNAR - land that comes under the Public Trust Act and belongs to all - Californians. Land that is governed by the Burton Act.
The layman is confused and has his own problems to survive in these dire economic times. Around Executive Park - hundreds of units are vacant - once priced over a million - no one wants to buy these units for under $800,000. Now, imagine LENNAR trying to entice some folks to buy their inferior - so called town homes - built in the middle of a Superfund Site. This nonsense will simply NOT work in San Francisco.
I have done what I can and have fought the crooks since 1998. I also represent the First People the Muweka Ohlone and not so much the johnnie came lateleys - those that are not educated on issues but bark up a tree all the time without rhyme or reason:

In 1998 LENNAR created a Limited Liability Corporation with the help of a THUG - Willie L. Brown Jr. We must all remember that Willie brought these vermin into our community. Today, behind the scenes Willie pulls the strings - Willie is in bed with the Republicans as well as the Democrats - the only language Willie comprehends is MONEY.
At one time some of the folks that are now partially against LENNAR backed Willie L. Brown Jr. with blind faith and not knowing he was an EVIL person. Well, let me finally say - those that pretend to be righteous will fail, those that are righteous may suffer but God in his infinite mercy will bring them out from the realm of despair, suffering, into light and progress.
LENNAR is doomed to failure - I said that on day one. No one in their right mind will buy one single "dog house" that LENNAR proposes to build on Parcel A. Aho.
