Strangers pollute Ohlone Land and continue to defile that which should be PRISTINE.
October 15, 2009 - Lennar a rogue developer revealed that it had an exceedance of over 400,700 structures per cubic meter. The cap that triggers any exceedance is 16,000 structures per cubic meter. As a matter of fact, one single asbestos structure lodged in your lungs - can cause you to die a painful death - years down the line. This sordid exceedance happened at Hunters Point in the Bayview in San Francisco. It is a neighborhood where mostly people of color live. Now, if it had been the Marina there would have been a hue and cry.
There is really no Justice and what is more Fair Play when you deal with folks that live by GREED and will do anything including sell their mothers for a nickel and we have them in the Bayview Hunters Point in San Francisco - sellouts doing the DEVIL bidding.
A rogue developer that is going no where and has thousands of law suits filed against it all over the Nation has been trying to build 1600 homes - part of it devious Phase I operation at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard on Parcel A. Now why would anyone want to build 1600 homes on toxic land in the middle of Chernobyl?
Again and again, LENNAR has chosen to restructure its organization every time this Rogue Developer finds out it cannot fulfill it Disposition and Development Agreement. Of course our San Francisco Board of Supervisors can stop this Rogue Developer in its tracks but there are some and leading the charge one Sophina Maxwell a Black person - lacking any morals that has sold out the community. She continues to be on Lennar's payroll and it is just a matter of time before she will be caught with her hands in the cookie jar.
Recently, this devious woman had announced that she would have a hearing on Lennar but when the moment came she chose with intent to sound the clarion call and have nothing done with the pressing matter at hand. This woman has the blood of our children and elders on her hands - and she worth nothing to the community - no one, in their right mind - respects her.
On October 15, 2009 Treadwell and Rollo the entity that monitors exceedances on Parcel A announced that there was one exceedance over 400,700 structures per cubic meter. As I have stated a number was chosen by Dr. Mitch Katz and one Rajiv Bhatia that 16,000 structures per cubic meter - would be an acceptable number for the people of color that live in and around Parcel A and San Francisco. Science and experts dealing with Asbestos Structures - do not agree.
As a matter of fact, anyone with any sense will tell you one single Asbestos Structure if lodged in your lungs will kill you in the course of time. Now, imagine breathing thousands of Asbestos Structures every day as the workers do on Parcel A and they wear no masks nor any kind of Safety Equipment.
Here is the paradox of the entire episode. The exceedance really took place on October 14, 2009. The tape that records the exceedance is then sent to the Laboratory, the next day - that is when you find out about the exceedance. The following day - if the crooks agree there is a shut down of the operation. In the interim thousands of people breathe the asbestos structures.
A MUNI bus that sits inside the Shipyard collects much of the Asbestos and carries it all over San Francisco. This has been brought to the notice of MUNI and one Nathaniel Ford - to no avail. There is no dumber entity then MUNI that is a mess. Now, MUNI has chosen to put the lives of innocent people riding the MUNI bus 19 in harms way.
In this case, when the exceedance was announced - there was no shut down of the project at Parcel A on Hunters Point - because, these crooks determine of the many Asbestos Monitoring Machines which play an important part - they feel this monitor HV-11 is not one that will demand a shut down!. It is as if these fools are playing with the lives of our people and really the lives of our children and elders do not matter. But, now unknown to the culprits they are adversely impacting the live of all San Franciscans.
If there was such as exceedance in any White community the Environmental Protection Agency would have sounded the alarm. But, here is San Francisco with our immoral politicians - each and every one of them the two Senators and the Congress persons - one worse then the other - we cannot expect any fair play. No mention in the Main Media. As you can see I waited - this nonsense took place on October 14 and was revealed on October 15 and today is October 27, 2009.

Just the other day - ground was broken to build an over $200 million so called State of the Art, Green Building at 525 Golden Gate Avenue. Many of you have heard about the Tower of Babel and who built it. Well, here we have some immoral folks when this City has no money and many have no jobs and more at laid off - wasting tax payers money for all the wrong reasons.
Here comes the most devious, corrupt, evil, vicious scum of the Earth, folks at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - that want to waste money when they cannot fulfill the obligations linked to the Clean and Waste Water projects - already in the pipe line.
Not one single Major SFPUC project linked to the Clean Water is on time. Millions of dollars of change orders have lined the pocket of crooks. The Clean Water is linked to Hetch Hetchy waters that were stolen from the First People. The First People have not been consulted and the First People are full cognizant of the devious plans of the EVIL Strangers at SFPUC.
The strangers have now embarked to retrofit the University Mound in the Portola District and the community knows nothing about it. Jobs have been promised but really no one know anything about the jobs. The out reach jerks that work for San Francisco Public Utilities Commission do not live in San Francisco - but, pretend they know everything and continue to hoodwink the community.
Nothing much has changed since Susan Leal was fired from her $300,000 job at SFPUC.
Those making decision are so bold as to announce an over $200 million - "Tower of Babel" in these dire times - when our economy is in very bad shape and thousands of qualified people are out of job. Webcore and other well connected companies that will fill the campaign coffers of Mayor Gavin Newsom (who is an abject failure) - will have to answer to the community at large. Watch out for change orders - knowing well, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission have no clue what they are doing.

The recent heavy rains had many areas flooded. What most folks do not know it that RAW SEWAGE flowed on our street and in some cases inundated some businesses and the Bay which should be kept free from raw sewage.
Salt water backed into the WEIRS and soon will reach the Waste Water Plant and STOP the operation. Millions of gallons of raw sewage and secondary effluents can and will cause havoc.
Some of us are fully aware of this - but not the SF Public Utilities Commission.
While a Dog and Pony show was going on at Southeast Facility at 1800 Oakdale in the Bayview - many places were adverse impacted by the heavy rains that cannot cope up with the new buildings and the added developments that were not planned for an aging Raw Sewage Treatment Plant at Phelp Street.
The Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant - takes 80% of the City' Sewage, all the sewage from the Presidio of San Francisco. Then some from Daly City, Brisbane and beyond all mandated by the 1972 upgrade and agreement with the Federal Regulators.
Since 1972 thousands of new units have been built and these units were never envisaged to be linked to the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant. Now, more then 200 thousands added units will soon be linked to the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant.
