The Obama Government used billions of Taxpayer Dollars to prop up Banks after the Sub-Prime Mortgage Collapse. The Obama Government has included in its health proposals (Surcharges, Taxes, Taxpayer Insurance Cost Exclusions, and Penalties) that may prevent Middle Class Home Buyers Qualifying For Mortgage Loans: those mandated charges could both undermine home buyers and the value of homes that secure bank loans.
