Green Party banner over Rwanda

By giving democratic forces in Rwandan an internationally recognizable banner to rally round, the international Greens seem to have helped Rwandan Greens blow a hole in the huge and hugely evil IMF/World Bank/U.S.-U.K. State Department/Rev. Rick Warren lie about Paul Kagame's Rwanda, and, about the covert U.S. War in Central Africa---the most lethal, but least understood, conflict in the world.
