Found news of this on the SF Chronicle 19:28 PDT OAKLAND, CALIF. -- A shooting suspect is in a standoff with police and has barricaded himself in the same East Oakland apartment building where parolee Lovelle Mixon killed two Oakland SWAT team members and wounded a third on March 21.
The current situation began around 1:30 p.m., after a man was shot at the Royal Foods Supermarket in the 7600 block of MacArthur Boulevard, police said.
