Mehserle's attorney, Michael Rains, will ask Alameda County Superior Court Judge Thomas Reardon to overturn Judge C. Don Clay's preliminary hearing decision that Mehserle should face trial for murder. We can't let Rains get away with this.
The trial must proceed!!

September 4th - 995 hearing, defense motion to dismiss due to supposed judicial malfeasance
??September 11th/18th?? - 997 hearing, defense motion on discriminatory prosecution
October 2nd - change of venue hearing --> keep the case in Alameda!!
November 2nd - trial begins
