Another rally was held outside the State building in San Francisco today.
AIDS/HIV related organizations, victims, and supporters rallied outside the State building in San Francisco to protest Governor Schwarzenegger's line item vetoes on this years budget at signing, which resulted in an additional 85 million being cut from HIV/AIDS related organizations, and groups.
