AETA4 Court Appearance - In recent weeks, the defense filed their motion to dismiss, arguing that the AETA is unconstitutional. The government has filed their response to this motion. This date will focus on the motion to dismiss. Attend court in solidarity and stay for a press conference and demo to follow. Demo supplies will be provided, and all are encouraged to participate. Dress conservatively for court.
