"All black girl rock and roll band" Sistas In The Pit finishes their set with the song "Liar". Always great to see, they have an interesting lineup change: Bay Area veteren Shelley Doty moves in on lead guitar replacing Anita "Pa" Lofton; Hip Hop great Kofy Brown takes over the vocals along with her thumping bass, with Ieela Grant still on drums.

Julia Serano, an author, spoken word performer, trans activist, and biologist, speaks on her experiences with stigmas and misconceptions that continue to cause discrimination and other related difficulties for transexual women. She is author of "Whipping Girl: A Transexual Woman on Sexism and the Scapegoating of Femininity", a book of essays on misogyny related to transexual women.

Tiffany Woods, from San Leandro, speaks on gains made by transgender people and the movement since she came out years ago. She is founder and Program Coordinator of Transvision, a part of the Tri-City Health Center in Fremont. Transvision is the only transgender health clinic funded by Alamda County and has been in operation since 2002.

Landa Lakes, the current reigning Grand Dutchess of San Francisco and former Miss Gay Indian Nations, sings a song.

Alexandra Byerly, who also MC'd most of the event, tells a heartfelt story of Anna Fernandez and her untimely death. Alexandra has been a San Franciscan for the past three years after years in Los Angeles, serving as Program Coordinator for El/La Program Para Translatinas in the Mission.

Finally, three woman punk band Angela Chase plays a song. This audio doesn't really do justice to their abilities because there were problems with the guitar in the monitor, but highlights well what they do.
