San Francisco's Public Access TV will get a new managing entity in Fall 2009. The entity that has been awarded the contract to run public access TV in San Francisco is the Bay Area Video Coalition. Sometime before or after Sept. 2009 there will be a transition. San Francisco Community Television Corporation will cease to run that station and BAVC will take over....
