The State of California is set to issue IOUs instead of checks today, July 1, 2009, because the progressive income tax on the rich, those who make over $200,000 a year, has been cut instead of raised and because labor has not declared the overdue GENERAL STRIKE.

California has over 500,000 millionaires in its top millionaire counties of Los Angeles (261,081), Orange (115,396), San Diego (100,727) and Santa Clara (72,932) with hundreds of thousands more in the rest of the state, especially in San Francisco, Marin, and San Mateo Counties. Meanwhile, the garbage that administers the University of California, better known as the rich folks' finishing school, receives $416,000 a year plus $40,000 for car and relocation. His title is Chancellor. Many of the rest of the managers receive hundreds of thousands of dollars from the taxpayers to also be glorified accountants, managing a budget. These parasites should not get paid more than $200,000 a year plus healthcare as all they are is budget managers and all you need for that is an accounting degree.
