San Francisco Housing Authority BOGUS cases dimissed against SF Muhammad University.

Mayor Gavin Newsom should be ashamed of himself. Recently the San Francisco Muhammad University was served to appear in the San Francisco Superior Court linked to some BOGUS charges filed by the San Francisco Housing Authority. The San Francisco Muhammad University took the challenge and with God's help - won.

For sure the SF Housing Director Henry Alvarez III and the inept SF Housing Authority Commission following the lead of the Mayor of San Francisco, Gavin Newsom decided in unison to challenge the San Francisco Muhammad University. They did this to penalize INNOCENT children and harass the San Francisco Muhammad University that has done and is doing yeomen service in the Bayview Hunters Point, San Francisco and beyond in general.

We have reported about this situation before. In a nut shell there was a property at 195 Kiska Road that was taken over by all sorts of nefarious activities. Drugs, prostitution, killing and shooting were very rampant at this site before 2002. The City and County of San Francisco was wasting money on Security Services and things were getting from bad to worse.

At that time Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr. reached out to the Nation of Islam and offered this space that had some run down trailers belonging to the SF Unified School District on property that belonged to the Housing and Urban Department that leased the property to the San Francisco Housing Authority.

The Nation of Islam agreed to use the space as a school provided some help was provided to secure the place. Volunteers and members of the Nation of Islam expanded thousands of dollars to fix the trailers and secure the place - after much abatement and maintenance. Around 2002 the San Francisco Muhammad University opened.

The lease agreed upon in writing mentioned no monthly payment - considering that thousands of dollars were expanded to fix the trailers and maintain the entire area - that was a mess. I visited the place a couple of time and I can testify it was a mess.

The City and County of San Francisco spent thousands of dollar for Security - at this site and to no avail. Since 2002 the Nation of Islam after securing the place has a working operation a well respected school that embraces all denominations and what is more has a track record of sending a very high percentage of its students to college. Over ninety eight percent for sure.

The current head of the San Francisco Unified School District understands and is cognizant of this fact. Many school Principals understand this fact. Leading educators have acknowledged the hard work of the Dean of the SF Muhammad University - Dean Leon Muhammad, the teachers, the parents, the volunteers and the supporters.

This unique school does more with very little money. Many just marvel at the standards set by the San Francisco Muhammad University.

Now, suddenly because of the adverse impacts inflicted on the SF Muhammad University by a Rogue Developer, Lennar and the SF Muhammad University questioning the Mayor of San Francisco to test the children and to follow the legal on the City books - Dust Mitigation Plan - laid down in Article 31 of the SF Health Code - Mayor Gavin Newsom is irked.

This racist Mayor, Gavin Newsom with intent and with malice contacted Amos Brown, the Chair of San Francisco Housing Authority and Henry Alvarez to take the San Francisco Muhammad University to court. It is also known as a Community Self Help Center and those that want to read the basic information can access the San Francisco Superior Court Records.

Mayor Gavin Newsom is a Racist who with intent chose to harm innocent children from all walks of life - and put parents, the children, community members, teachers and many others in harms way. More over the action initiated by Mayor Gavin Newsom is so devious that this man - must not be permitted to hold any office.

This EVIL Mayor, Gavin Newsom with malicious intent met with some dubious characters among them one Amos Brown to harm innocent children and adversely impacted their learning and education. This harassment caused untold misery to decent teachers, some from San Francisco City College, volunteers, community advocates, community members, friends of the SF Muhammad University and others - untold tension.

Since I know the children and see them weekly - I felt the pain and had to control my anger. Mayor Gavin Newsom has a trait that will destroy himself but more this City - he is very revengeful and this trait will bring anyone down. He is a Caligula!

When the Judge reviewed the facts - the Judge two days before the first hearing - advised the San Francisco Housing Authority that they did not have a case - and the best thing for them would be to back off.

The arrogant San Francisco Housing Authority decided to challenge the will of the Judge. On the day itself all the children, parents, community members, numerous supporters were present at 400 McAllister by City Hall in San Francisco.

We all met in Room 302 at the San Francisco Superior Court at 400 McAllister. We waited for some the other cases to be heard - because the Judge wanted the people gathered to WITNESS - the adjudication. The wait was historical but what is more a lesson for those that are revengeful, arrogant, ignorant - to stop, think, and review their malicious actions.

When the time came the Judge - threw out the BOGUS cases initiated by Mr. Henry A. Alvarez and the San Francisco Housing Commission - who has as its Chair the arrogant Amos Brown. Let is be a lesson for the San Francisco was has hundreds of cases against it. They all can be reviewed online - and it is a shame that the San Francisco Housing Authority has adversely so many mostly innocent people.

The paradox is that these two supposedly Black men - Henry Alvarez and Amos Brown targeted innocent, mostly Black children. These two men cannot think for themselves and are pawns of the RACIST, Mayor of San Francisco - Gavin Newsom.

My advice to Gavin Newsom is that he is a jerk. I have watched him spew lies on his campaign all over California. Today, this man is targeting the poor and those that need help most in San Francisco. However - decent women, children, and men must understand that Mayor Gavin Newsom targeting the San Francisco Muhammad University - is a low blow that will come to haunt him - for a long, long, long, long - time.

Mayor Gavin Newsom is a LIAR and is in bed with Lennar, a Rogue Developer. Even as I write this article Lennar continue to bombard the community bordering Parcel A with radiological elements, dangerous particulates, lead, mercury, and of course Asbestos dust.

We have Article 31 and a dust mitigation plan on our books but there is NO enforcement. We have a Precautionary Principle that prohibits this City and the SF Redevelopment Agency from causing any harm. But there is no enforcement. Our Health Department does not want to do much because of machinations and ploys initiated by Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, and Gavin Newsom - all supported by the Pacific Heights Mafia.

It is simply wrong to target our Elders and the children and not test them. Even the Bay Area Air Quality Management District fined Lennar over $515,000. Today, Mayor Gavin Newsom knows that he and his administration is WRONG - but, he wants to defy JUSTICE.

Well, Mayor Gavin Newsom you will drown in the CESSPOOL of your own making.

Let me advise you - if I may - we are a force to be reckoned. I know you inside out and outside in. You will never, ever succeed - unless, you repent and change your EVIL ways. So far anything you touch - STINKS. Just name it and I will analyze the situation.

You, Mayor Gavin Newsom are always taking credit for things others have done. You are an utter failure:

This latest episode targeting the San Francisco Muhammad University will come to haunt Mayor Gavin Newsom for a long time. No one can harm innocent innocent and think for a moment that they can escape from the judgment of God. You, Mayor Gain Newsom have BLOOD on your hands - you and your administration.

Amos Brown you are EVIL and that too as a Baptist Pastor - and you should be ashamed of yourself. This time you crossed the line and come to think of it you say that you are President of the local NAACP. I wonder what the National President of the NAACP thinks of a scum bag like you?

Mr. Henry A. Alvarez a son of a pastor you can do better then follow the dictates of those that are EVIL.

No one in their right mind in the Bavview Hunters Point, in other areas - respect Mayor Gavin Newsom. A man that slept with his best friend's wife. A man that changes partners like a dog in heat. A man that is so despicable that he is the "laughing stock" in circles where decency, standards, morals, ethics, fortitude are held and respected.

Kudos to the Nation of Islam, the Dean of the San Francisco Muhammad University, the Sisters and Brother and the dear children that I love so much. My respects to the leaders and they know who they are. I admire the tenacity of any organization to fight EVIL and the will of the people to do right and confront those that do wrong.

Good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way. If you do not have a moral compass you can not go to a better place. In humility and with God on our side - we will defeat all that is EVIL.
