Thousands of SF PUBLIC HOUSING units handed to Developers who serve their own interests.

It is a crying shame when the City and County of San Francisco under Mayor Gavin Newsom will execute the most devious plans to gentrify large areas linked to Potrero Hill, Hunters Point, and Sunnydale. It is a shame that while this illegal act is committed - the residents are all fast asleep. The so called advocated talk the talk but cannot walk the walk. Others scream and shout but do not have a plan - and are really detrimental to the poor who need - help.

We are talking about San Francisco Public Housing - all former military housing that was turned over to the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) - who is turn leased the Federal property to the most evil of operations and operator - the San Francisco Housing Authority. The SF Housing Authority has the worse record in the Nation. Ask former Mayor Art Agnos and he will tell you the truth.

The Mayor of San Francisco Gavin Newsom aided by Supervisor Sophie Maxwell and Doug Shoemaker and others have made plans to work with crooked Developers to remove thousands of mostly poor people and gentrify large areas.

These thousands of units are part of HOPESF a plan the has not been vetted in the PUBLIC but behind close doors with certain sell outs that have no idea about the Housing Element, never read and evaluated an Environmental Impact Study or Report, have no clue about Open Space, and less about Quality of Life Issues.

Sell outs most of them Black will sell their mothers for a nickel and less the community that they should serve. These sick folks are still on the PLANTATION and as I said for stale bread crumb will crawl and suck the bread crumbs from between the toes of the Masta - a sickening sight to behold but - very true.

At Hunters View the sell outs wear caps with the initials CEO - Chief Executive Officer - that with a match cheap quality jacket bearing the same initials. These sell outs have been meeting with the John Stewart Company who employs over a thousand employees and controls thousands of rental and Single Residential Occupancy (SROs) in the Tenderloin and elsewhere. These sell outs are on the take and have no idea how they are adversely impacting those that really need help.

Thousands of rentals units at the Presidio of San Francisco and Treasure Island are controlled and rented by the John Stewart Company. So why may I add - given this Property Management Company's control over so much - is more of the same given to this dubious Property Management Company - to prey upon the poor and make money at the expense of the tax payers? Why or why?

The City and County of San Francisco and one Dough Shoemaker should know better but this city official has been pandering to Bridge Developers, the John Stewart Company, and Mercy Housing. NO meaningful dialog has been held in the Public Housing projects. The reason is simple the people do not trust these - crooks. Less there is no one to bring them together and explain the TRUTH.

Right now if one goes to Huntersview less then twenty percent of the Public Housing homes are occupied. The rest are all boarded up. The present housing consisting of about 267 housing units are going to be torn down. Right now there is lots of Open Space.

Once the units are torn down over 867 units will be built. Right now there are three, four and even five bed room units. The two bed room units have large rooms. Once these units are torn down the ones that will go up - will be smaller units - the bed rooms smaller and with little Open Space.

Now all of the units are not more then two stories - but the John Stewart Company will have dense housing six and eight story building with little Open Space.

The scene will be repeated at Potrero Hill and Sunnydale by Rogue Developers that do not have the interests of the poor. The have a plan - remove the poor and gentrify the place.

The community will be gated and only those that they choose to come and live at the sites will be permitted or screened to live. For sure the future Developers do not want to have anything to do with poor Black folks especially. The shame and scandal is that today mostly Blacks are selling out the community - and the few promises made will never be kept.

Left out of the equation the Samoans that have NO clue what so ever. These folks grin and do not know what is before their noses. In recent years hundreds of Samoans have been evicted, other given vouchers to go live elsewhere and will not be allowed to return to Potrero Hill, Hunterview and Sunnydale.

Most of these Samoans some third and fourth generations have lived in Public Housing and no of no other housing or areas to move. Once they find alternative housing they find out they cannot cope with the rents, the high prices and most of them default and find themselves living on the streets.

The same with the African Americans. For years most of the folks in Public Housing have survived because of the hard work of the grandfathers and grandmothers. The influx of CRACK COCAINE destroyed most African American families in the 1980s and in later years caught up with Samoans and others living in Public Housing.

The City and County of San Francisco and the San Francisco provided most people in Public Housing with little opportunities. So given little and forced to be hungry many young Black men and women and Samoans - took upon themselves to survive. So, selling drugs and getting involved in other nefarious activities such as stealing, prostitution, gambling, and so on was nothing uncommon in all of SF Public Housing and that includes the former Army Public Housing , Valencia Gardens, and elsewhere.

Mayor Gavin Newsom HOPESF is a joke and smacks of GENTRIFICATION. He often will say that he cares for the poor and the homeless. But the opposite is the true. This poor fellow aspires to be the next Governor of California. He has with intent destroyed San Francisco. The present SF City Budget - has impacted those that need help most and that includes the mentally challenged and the homeless.

Today, June 15, 2008 in Room 263 at City Hall - at the Land Use Committee there was NOT one single person from the HuntersView community to listen to the deliberations. I happened to be there and could not believe the LIES spewed out by the John Stewart Company - representative. I wonder why again and again - we have White Folks trying to tell Black folks and other poor folks - what is best for them.

Why cannot people of color develop and build homes. Washington D.C. was built by Black. For sure the White House was built by slaves. We have Black and other contractor that can build - but again and again - crooks like the John Stewart Company are brought in to shed blood and inflict untold miseries on poor folks.

Just go to the Tenderloin and ask the folks there if they know about the John Stewart Company? Then go to Treasure Island and ask the folks there what information they have to offer you about the John Stewart Company? Then venture to the Visitation Valley and ask the former residents of the Geneva Towers - what they have to say about the Rogue Property Management Company - the John Stewart Company? Ask the thousands in many SROs what they know about the John Stewart Company? You will be shocked by what you hear.

Mercy Housing and the Bridge Development is no better. All these developers will get money from the Federal of State to carry on their devious plans. These crooked developers do not care about the poor people and those families that need help most.

None, of these vermin believe is empowering the poor people. The areas in question are the last frontier - mostly SF Public Housing and these so called developers want to make a fast buck. They would have started their projects a long time ago. The sad poor fiscal situation at the State of California slowed the process. The present Stimulus Package has been used to give money to these Rogue Developers - that especially do not have the better interest of families that are poor.

The City of San Francisco and SF Redevelopment do not really care about providing affordable housing. I could give you the example of Apartment Investment Management Company (AIMCO). AIMCO controls hundreds of affordable housing at Hunters Point - I with others helped give the resident living at All Hallows, Shoreview, the other complexes some - hope.

A good man Mr. Ruben Santana decided to help AIMCO after AIMCO screwed the contract. People and workers were shot at and some died on the job site. After Ruben Santana completed the job and put the project on track - AIMCO is holding on to millions and refusing to pay RUBECORN his company.

Of course the SF Redevelopment Agency will not tell you a thing about this fact. Sophie Maxwell will deny know anything about this fact. Doug Shoemaker will say he knows nothing about this fact. Others will deny and that is the issue. These outsiders - come in to make money - and when the make the money they mostly make the money at the expense of the poor.

The John Stewart Company has a bad record. Not everything is fine with Mercy Housing. They do not treat their employees kindly. Even before you know it you will hear about Bridge Development.

We, the community do not want these mostly White Scum Bags hovering in the areas we live and tearing down our homes. Then building gated communities and initiating GENTRIFICATION.

Sophie Maxwell is a sell out. One must take a look at all those housing complexes on Third Street - especially the ones by Carol Street and further down at 5600 Third Street. Dense ghetto housing - much like the former Geneva Towers. Nothing good comes from Sophie Maxwell - anything she touches turns into crap.

In the interim thousands of homes in San Francisco and many of them in the Bayview are in foreclosure. NO attempt has been made by Dough Shoemaker who is pandering to our Metrosexual Mayor Gavin Newsom to save these homes. Why not buy these homes and save the homes from falling into disrepair? Help the home owners as San Franciscans? Why bend over to help a Rogue Property Manager such as the John Stewart Company?

The vermin in the proposed project want free money either from the State of California or from Federal Sources such as the Stimulus Package to prey on the poor.

The Supervisors sitting on the Land Use Committee think Sophie Maxwell is all innocent.

Sophie Maxwell has BLOOD on her hands - with intent helping Lennar to kill our children and elders. Mayor Gavin Newsom has BLOOD on his hands - bending backwards to help crooked developers like Lennar and the John Stewart Company.

When will these nonsense stop? In the meanwhile the community is fast asleep. Most of them in Public Housing have no clue what is happening. Others are given some bread crumbs that they stoop low, then crawl to somehow retrieve from the stale bread between the toes of the Masta. Never mind if the feet stink!

It is time for a Public Forum where Bridge Developers, Mercy Housing, and the John Stewart Company tell us the Public where are they getting their funding?

Explain to us the Public their Business Plan.

Tell us what they have to offer in terms of EMPOWERMENT to those that should be living in the future newly built units - and what are the terms.

We the PUBLIC need to know the details of HOPESF - there is no HOPE - there is the fear of being left out and then for those that know very little - kicked out.

Hand picked Blacks - known among Black as House Negroes do the dirty work. Most of them come from far off places and to the bidding of the Plantation Master. It is a pity to see - so many ignorant folks fall for stale bread crumbs, false promises, and then told at the eleventh hour to go take a hike.

Gavin Newsom is a RACIST and his plans to make poor people suffer will hit this City and County of San Francisco - with a disaster that has yet to come but will come for certain. You cannot fool all the people all the time. You cannot mess with the poor and not expect to have God - shower some turmoil in proportion to what harm has been done - a hundred fold.

To date - the plans are afloat - but some of us are watching - and when the people arise - just like they are in Iran today - there is no telling what will happen.

Dough Shoemaker and poor Sophie Maxwell trying to fool all the people all the time. This time you have been caught with your hands in the cookie jar and your pants and knickers hanging at your knees.
