Mayor Gavin Newsom adversely impacts front line City workers and those most in need.

Mayor Gavin Newsom is a LIAR of the highest order. You can only find this out when you travel with him on his many dubious tours - purporting to be a viable candidate - for Governor of California. The man lies through his teeth without blinking an eye.

So, when this lying man who lack a moral compass - gave his dubious speech on the Budget linked to the City and County of San Francisco - I saw through this Budget having had some prior input by getting the required Interim Consolidated Budget and Annual Appropriation Ordinance - Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2010 - from the City Controller's Office on the Third Floor of City Hall.

San Francisco is named after Saint Francis Assisi and to this day we do have some Supervisors who will look at the Budget having some compassion for the constituents that live in the City and County of San Francisco. Those constituents that are poor and need help. Others that are sick and require help. Single mothers and others that need a helping hand. Especially children that are innocent and need to be nurtured.

However, this year Mayor Gavin Newsom has with intent adversely impacted children and our elders. Given preference to certain Law Enforcement Agencies while totally eliminating those Community Based Organizations (CBOs) that have the better interests and work hard for the mentally ill, homeless, children that require help - in short the programs that cater to Quality of Life issues.

If you look that the Department of Health - hundreds of jobs linked to jobs of the front line have been totally cut. Those nurses and other workers and now forced to do the jobs of three or four people. Never, mind that the present economic crisis has put thousands out of work and increased the number of those seeking help - at say the San Francisco General Hospital.

While some of the San Francisco Supervisors have some feeling and want to help those adversely impacted - the gang of four those that usually vote for the Mayor - do not give a rat's ass. Leading this despicable band of crooks - the Supervisor from District 4. A transplant from New York - this one Supervisor favors anything and everything this Mayor favors. Pretend that she has a grasp of the fake Budget that the Mayor has proposed. Even the Grand Jury has something to say about how Mayor Gavin Newsom presents Budget figures - they said he sugar coats the figures and that he is not TRUTHFUL.

The Air-Head Supervisor from District 1 could not care less what happens to this City. The whore wants to run for Lieutenant Governor and imagines she could work with Gavin Newsom as and when he becomes the next Governor of California. These two despicable characters are a piece of work - and it is amazing how these vermin - ever think of representing.

The reason I bring the Air-Head into the equation is for the constituents of San Francisco to fully understand - in all the time this vixen has been at the SF Board of Supervisors - all she has done is waste her time and be a pain in the ass - a hindrance to any meaningful dialog and progress.

Supervisors David Campos, John Avalos, David Chiu, Ross Mirkarimi, Eric Mar and Chris Daly have tried their best to understand the plight of the people. The other Supervisors for reasons best known to themselves have drawn the line in the sand and have worked against the common woman, child, and man.

Mayor Gavin Newsom really does not care about the poor. If you carefully monitor his performance he has used Law Enforcement and other ploys to foster gentrification and has moved thousands of poor people - most from Public Housing away from San Francisco and into Oblivion.

The rest of the poor population move into the Tenderloin - District 6 that belongs to Chris Daly. Chris Daly has done what he can do to help the poor - but, the recent Budget Cuts are too much. As I said many of the front line Community Based Organizations have had their funding cut completely. I have seen people approach me in shock and others that have lost their senses and cannot comprehend how a City with a $6.6 Billion budget - chooses with intent to zero in on the poor - and harm them.

In the mean time - hundreds of Managers have been employed - the main reason given is that they are experts and have especial qualifications. Some idiots like Nathaniel Ford continues to make over $350,000. A stupido like Bevan Dufty continues to rake in money on the side - while enjoying at $120,000 salaries plus benefits. Twenty percent of the City workforce of over 28,000 make over $100,000.

Yet the Mayor will target those that make less then $15,000 a year - and those that make less then $10,000 a year. Go Figure. Over forty percent of the City's population at Elderly and many of them are physically challenged.

Bevan Dufty continues to sit on the fence and see which side of the fence is green. It is just a matter of time before we get his ass and expose him for all his ploys and dubious machinations. He learned a lot of his gimmicks from Willie L.Brown Jr. one of the most corrupt "thugs" that ever stepped foot at City Hall.

On the last day Willie L. Brown Jr. stepped out of office as Mayor - he sent Bevan Dufty to the Human Rights Commission at 25 Van Ness to give a letter to Virginia Harmon - the then Human Right Commission, Director. A letter that would penalize - a good man Kevin Williams. Time will reveal the details - but we know a scum bag when we see one - but more from this covert actions. I have seen many evil persons - but this one I know too much - about.

Every year about this time hundreds of people will come to City Hall - gather in the Room 250 in the chambers that belongs to the San Francisco Board of Supervisors and complain about the Budget. Mostly, it is about funding for some needed project or program. The same old story - no one cares about the poor and those that need help - most.

Well, the last time we elected some good people or so we thought - and now a few of them are confused. They just cannot comprehend our dirty "politics" have become. Mayor Gavin Newsom will spend thousands to have crooks of the highest caliber - write him a speech not so much to serve San Franciscans - but foster his race for the next Governor of California.

Mayor Gavin Newsom is pandering to Law Enforcement so that he can get their backing when he runs for Governor. Wait, for the 58,000 incarcerated to be freed - many of them will further adversely impact the present fragile - underfunded program linked to rehabilitation and workforce.

Every where he goes Gavin Newsom brags that he cares about Immigrants. That he is for Universal Health. That he brought about this, that and some other change - but the matter of fact - is that he is a LIAR.

Today, the SF Chronicle depicts a photograph of a mansion that cost over $2. 2 million - the future mansionfor Gavin Newsom and his pregnant wife Jennifer. Well, this goes to show the world how very corrupt and well connect to the Mafia - Gavin Newsom is. The Plum Jack - Getty nurtured, Racist, corrupt politician with no moral compass - that slept with his best friend's wife - is a JERK - that some still adore and listen to. However, powerful forces have bought him a condominium and now a mansion.

Mayor Gavin Newsom has adversely impacted thousands of decent constituents - be they poor and needing help. Every year thousands of decent families leave San Francisco and take with them decent children. Every year San Francisco is becoming a City replete with singles - that live with their so called significant other. More dogs and cats make their abode in San Francisco.

If the constituents do not choose a Mayor that represent decency - things in this City will get from bad to worse. Time to get rid of Senator Diane Feinstein and the lying Congress person Nancy Pelosi. Gavin Newsom has their backing and that of the Pacific Heights Mafia. One has to have a holistic idea about power and corruption and be able to connect the dots.

The four SF Board of Supervisors that blindly vote for Gavin Newsom - should get a brain transplant and must be voted out - sooner not later.

Thousands are suffering in the Mission, the Southeast Sector, the Tenderloin - while some SF Board of Supervisors feel that the present Budget delivered by the Mayor of San Francisco is fine. In my subjective opinion is it excreta that is not worthy looking at.

There is only so much harm - one can inflict on the poor - when the cries of the poor reach heaven - then God in his infinite MERCY - reaches out to the poor and inflicts untold harm to those that thought they could persecute the poor - but, not for long. The day of "adjudication" is here - round the corner for those that think they can fool all the people - all the time.
