Torture is illegal under U.S. and international law.
In July 2006, Jeppesen Managing Directory Bob Overby told employees, “We do the torture flights.”
In February 2009, Obama’s Justice Department argued in court that a lawsuit against Jeppesen should be thrown out -- under the pretext that state secrets would be revealed if it were allowed to continue. This is the same argument used by the Bush administration!
