VIDEO: Bevatron Decontruction Update
A 3 and a half minute look at the Bevatron site. Visible are mounds of rubble covered in tarps, shipping containers, and a fleet of (de)construction vehicles. The Demolition Plan, the procedural order of deconstruction, has not been released to the public. There are questions as to groundwater pollution protocols in regards to the demolition. There are concerns regarding assessments of mercury contamination. Out of 4,700 truck loads, 2,700 will contain radioactively, and otherwise, contaminated material.
