Gabriel Meyers arrested, charged with battery on BART GM
Gabe Meyers was booked on two counts of battery, one count of disrupting a meeting and one count of resisting arrest, according to BART Police Chief Gary Gee.
At the BART Board Meeting, GM Dorothy Dugger apparently had paint thrown on her.
