Arrest at Israeli Consulate

One person arrested at Israeli Consulate

One person was arrested at the Tristan Solidarity press conference in front of the Israeli Consulate at noon today after an apparent provocateur began to accost those present for disrupting business in front of the consulate. Reasons for the arrest are still unclear, if anyone has more up to date details please post!

so the cops moved in and physically manhandled the person arrested

The person that was arrested was released several hours later. He was charged with misdemeanor assault and a second misdemeanor - which is apparently completely baseless. Fuck the police.
