I read the description of the event and cant help but choke back that bile that rises in the back of my throat. Attempting to make a martyr out of someone who is accused of raping a 12 year old girl, and thought to have raped others. It sickens me that a man no, scumbag, who killed 4 police officers sworn to protect and serve the public is being used to strike up a social movement. You are using the wrong medium for your message. This scumbag is a criminal who left four families without a father, and stole from his rape victims their freedom to walk the earth unafraid.
When people start attacking the police they are attacking the very fabric of our society. The police are the gate keepers who keep the evil at bay. This scum is no martyr. This scum is not a decent and kind human being. He is a killer and a rapist. Let us not forget the facts.

...that Lavelle didn't get in jail before he could shoot those people. I'm very sorry that he didn't learn, in time, that his grim actions will have grim consequences for him, too.
Facts? He was on parole, thus he wasn't allowed to touch any gun. And no matter what other people did: he broke the law. He knew what can happen to him before he shot anybody. It was his decision. A very bad one... I'm very sorry, but something's wrong with the people who advertise this "vigil". Find a better game. Something constructive. | |||||||||||||||
