Many in San Francisco do not give a second thought about the First People of San Francisco the Muwekma Ohlone.

Well, they are still living and number about 600.

They are fighting for their rights to be recognized by the United States Government - just like they were until 1927 and then illegally remove by a crooked Bureau of Indian Affairs Agent - L.A. Dorrington.

The Department of the Interior, the Nation Park Service, the Bureau of Indian Affairs - have put every possible hurdle in this fight for Federal Recognition. We are strong and the Great Spirit will help us - regain what is rightfully ours. That time is coming and coming - soon.

Up until 1924 it was legal to kill a Native American and fetch $5 dollars for her or his scalp.

In many areas - thugs went into Native American villages - raped the women, killed the children and men - and burned the homes in which the Native Americans lived.

Those that committed such atrocities must be ashamed - those off spring of these scum bags - too must represent and pay restitution. Many know whence they came and who are are - and the blood of the innocent Native Americans is upon - them.

Today, the materialistic Whites are dealing with another reality. The Economy has faltered and the crooks are seeking other ways to make money. They forget that GREED - begets GREED - and finally the resting place is HELL.

Not once has anyone addressed the real source of the present day Economy - GREED and the lack of a moral compass.

Most greedy people have no moral compass - so they will sell their mothers for a penny to make money.

Then there are those are Goldman Sacks, AIG, Merrill Lynch, scum bags that make trillions - with no one to regulate them. Today - the tax payer is bailing these skunks . Many of them should be sent to jail - if not hung - for harming thousands of innocent people.

These are the same individuals that killed thousands of buffalo for their skins - leaving thousands of skinned buffalo - plied up to rot - revealing to the world - how greedy they are.

These are the same that polluted the land, the river, the hills and the mountains, the plains, and the air, the forest - most anything thing that was pristine.

The so called Economists did not predict the evils of sub-prime loans - cheating folks into getting into borrowing money - and then penalizing them with very high rates - so called balloon payments - that have seen the fore-closure of thousands of homes.

People are committing SUICIDE - and even some MILLIONAIRES are killing themselves - because they lost millions. Such are the woes of those that have no moral compass.

There is Karma - and no Nation and no People - can harm the innocent and then think for a moment they will not have to endure - retribution.

Today, that is what is happening all over the United States of America with the GREEDY.

Some few the righteous understand what I am saying. Those steeped in their pride - those that do not give a hoot how the Native American and the African American was treated - are facing the consequences.

There are other segments of the population that I do not want to leave out - the Japanese and the concentration camps, the Latinos, the Asians and especially the Chinese that were treated like dirt.

The United States and the Founding Fathers - borrowed its principles linked to the United States Constitution from the Six Nations.

Few know this history and few know about the Iroquois and other Tribes that had - sophisticated governments - be it maternal - but very progressive.

Here in San Francisco the Ohlone were killed so rapidly that indeed it is very sad - when one reads the details from the few historical facts that have been recorded - untainted.

Some years ago - I met with many so called historians - and each of them told me in no uncertain terms - many falsehoods. When they found out that I represented the Muwekma Ohlone on many critical issues - they tried to cover their tales - but it was too late.

That is why Joel Skidmore and I decided to create the web site that would reveal to the world about the First People of San Francisco - the Muwekma Ohlone.

Joel Skidmore has to be commended for working very hard - and what is more bearing with me - when I can be pressing and sometimes a hard task master.

Over the years thousands have visited the: http://www.muwekma.org web site and judging from the thousands of petitions signed - we can say we planted the seed - and did it without much fun fare - but now is the time - to proclaim to the world - that those that were tormented, robbed of their rights, their land stolen, their women raped - their children and men killed. Now is the time for reparations and restitution.

Few know that EIGHTEEN TREATIES were signed between the First People and the United States Government in California.

None of the treaties were ratified. The land was stolen - the inhabitants killed - and today no one really cares - about the First People of San Francisco and for that matter the extended Bay Area - and the many other Tribes.

It is only right that African Americans that share a history with the Native Americans - unite to to restore what rightly belongs to the Muwekma Ohlone and to the other Tribes of of the Bay Area.

It is only right that the others - the Latinos, the Asians, those that were treated as second class citizens unite - to fight the oppressors - we have many in San Francisco City Hall and more in Room 200 at City Hall.

We have some good leaders in the Bay Area - Wounded Knee and Corina Gould that carry on the mandate and respect those that went before us. The yearly Shellmound Walks bring together a strong but united band of believers that pay their respects to the ancestors.

In San Francisco the authorities at City Hall - have chosen to side with other Tribes that are not Ohlone and have festivities that are trivial in nature. No true Native American will have festivities on another Tribe"s land - without first RESPECTING the host. This happens all the time in San Francisco - especially under Mayor Gavin Newsom - who is a fake and a skunk.

The time has come for all to respect the Muwekma Ohlone.

In the interim we the Muwekma - are monitoring the dubious entities that carry on their evil machinations - working with the Greedy Whites - to receive some tainted commendations - that are not worth the paper they are printed on.

Native Americans honor the Great Spirit. They also strongly believe in Respect and Dignity.

The Whites known as the Masters of being Forked Tongued - must not be kept near nor is it right to endorse his dubious machination - when it comes to things Native American.

You can trust a skunk but not the White authorities. They are the scum of the earth and will be until they fade away. One has just to read the prophecies of the HOPI and the Elders of the other tribes - to understand that thief and has stolen, lied, and not kept the hundreds of treaties.

To those that respect the Muwekma Ohone and the other Ohlone Tribes - I want to thank you all sincerely.

The Ohlone are alive and kicking - and seeking to gain their RIGHTS at the Supreme Court.

The petition to be Federally Recognized is long and the fight has taken over 18 years and has cost the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe - a lot of money.

The Muwekma Ohlone as I said were once recognized. Then illegally removed from the Federal Register in 1924. The Whites have their rules - and the adjudication is not always fair and just.

The Whites fear that if the Muwekma Ohlone are Federally Recognized the Muwekma Ohlone as a Tribe and a Sovereign Nation - will have many rights. They will be able to sit at the table and negotiate and make demands.

That time is coming and when the time comes we will remember our friends and our so called bogus tag along side-kicks. You know who you are.

In the year 1991 the Muwekma Ohlone - exercised their Right of First Refusal - over the Presidio of San Francisco and the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Other areas mostly Base-Closures that come under the Patrimonial Jurisdiction of the Muwekma Ohlone:
