San Francisco Teachers say: "STOP THE BUDGET CUTS!" - I

The United Educators of San Francisco oppose Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's proposal to cut $10.8 billion from public education. California, now ranking 47th in school funding, would drop to 50th place in the U.S.
