South Bay | LGBTI / QueerSan Jose Lights Up the Night for LGBT Rights
San Jose residents *JOINED THE IMPACT* as part of a national demonstration for marriage equality on December 20. 50 people rallied at the CinéArts Theatre on tony Santana Row. Cinemark CEO Alan Stock donated $9,999 to Yes on 8 campaign, making the CinéArts theater the location of choice for the December 20 action. Ironically, the movie MILK was showing at the theater. ![]() lutnweareall.jpg South Bay activists are planning another event for January 10, this time at San Jose City Hall. The Raging Grannies will contribute their talents to support this upcoming event. Watch indybay for details or visit http://marriageequalitysiliconvalley.org or http://www.RagingGrannies.com.

§Married in the nick of time~!
Carrying a sign announcing date of their marriage, November 3, 2008. Yes on 8 campaigners now seek to nullify marriages that are legal under California law.
