Two SF Redevelopment Commissioners - sellouts, aid Lennar-adversely impact San Franciscans
Two San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) Commissioners continue to adversely impact San Franciscans and the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point. They are Ramon E. Romero and Rick Swig. Once again these two proposed giving the former Limited Liability Corporation - Lennar BVHP LLC - now Hunters Point Shipyard (HPS) Development Corporation. Limited Partnership (LP) - millions of dollars - to fleece San Franciscans and adversely impact - the City and County of San Francisco - at Hunters Point - on Parcel A.
Again, two San Francisco Redevelop Agency (SFRA) Commissioners Rick Swig and Ramon E. Romero continue to advance the GREED of Lennar and in doing so adversely impact - all of San Francisco.
Missing at today SFRA meeting were two other dubious Commissioners - Leroy King and Linda A. Cheu. All of these unethical Commissioners are hand picked by Mayor Gavin Newsom.
Rick Swig is the point person for the Pacific Heights Mafia.
The aim of the Pacific Heights Mafia - is to take control of the profits once Lennar sub-divides the land and tries to offer the development to other sub-contractors. Some 700 acres plus.
The paradox is that in these very hard economic times - this will never happen.
Lennar does not have intention to build one single dog house - per se - at Hunters Point or at Candlestick Point.
Lennar declared bankruptcy at Mare Island after ten years. Promised to build 10,000 homes and nothing much came from Lenanr. Lennar is a Liar and one of the most corrupt developers in the Nation.
Francee Covington the President, London Breed the vice-President, Darshan Singh - do not have the ability to discern - and when ever the two dubious characters Rick Swig and Ramon E. Romero - propose anything - these dumb Commissioners - just go with the flow.
Some Lennar employees turned up at the meeting. They did not have much to say. What would they have to say - when millions of dollars were approved to be given to Lennar - to use as they please?
No audit has been conducted linked to the SF Redevelopment Agency - especially during the time Marcia Rosen was the Director of the SFRA.
The SFRA is a quasi-state agency - that thrives on debt, loans, making promises and not keeping them, anything that you would expect from any entity that is very dubious in nature.
Million of dollars were fleeced from the Bayview Hunters Point in the past and nothing much invested into the community. The same in the Fillmore.
Now, is the appropriate time to conduct an audit - and find out how so many millions are given to the Rogue Company - now called HPS Development Corporation, LP - by the machinations led by Mayor Gavin Newsom prompted by an entity called CBRE - and back by Senator Diane Feinstein.
In any other neighborhood the constituents would have challenged this name change - Lennar having defaulted on its Disposition and Development Agreement - linked to Parcel A - and when Lennar was named Lennar-BVHP, LLC. Now, all of a sudden a new name - and with it more money in the millions - when, San Francisco has no money. More so California has no money. The Nation' is enduring the worst Economic Crisis.
Yesterday, over $1,937,700 was unanimously voted upon to allow Lennar a Rogue Developer to have access to. Much of the money Lennar will use to prop up - rogue projects - with little Accountability and less Transparency.
Lennar was fined by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District over $515,000 - but not a word by the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency Commissioners who take their orders from the Pacific Heights Mafia:

Stop Lennar Action Movement is growing strong. Our aim is to get qualified entities outside San Francisco involved. A 5000 strong warrior army of committed women and men - can bring the rogues on their knees and hopefully - then they will see and repent - their misdeeds.
We plan a Congressional hearing that will lead to the details and the machinations employed by the SF Redevelopment Agency Commissioners to impact the Bayview Hunters Point.
We take the poisoning of our children and elders - very seriously. Do not for a second doubt that we will forget our mission - to bring the SFRA Commissioners among many - to justice and hopefully - many of them to jail for a long, long, - time.
The A2 Project Area that was the Fillmore is no more. The Citizens Advisory Committee that mostly rubbed stamped actions at the Fillmore - sold out the community and in doing so took the Blacks down and into the cesspool of oblivion. Time will tell.
In the Bayview Hunters Point a similar Citizens Advisory Committe (CAC) all hand picked cronies continue to sell out the community. In the community at large - they have no respect. They do not represent the decent Blacks and Whites, the Samoans, the Asians, the Native Americans, the Latinos - others.
These skunks stink to high heaven and most of them are not even from the community. The Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) - emphasis on Advisory - are a JOKE. Pathetic Losers.
The good thing that has happened is the current Economic Crisis. This Economic Crisis will eat into the entrails of the SFRA and they will all die - a death of a thousand cuts.
Never ever did these idiots think for a moment - that Greed would get them and take them down so fast - that these corrupt entities had no time to think. Well, that moment has come.

Yesterday, millions in loans were reworked to suit two entities - Food for Soul and Yoshi's.
This same SFRA Commission failed to set aside a couple of millions to test our children and our elders - when with intent innocent children and elders were - poisoned by a Rogue Company Lennar. Now called HPS Development Corporation LP.
The Zionists behind this movement to take over large tracts of land - with intent allowed this take over - to happen and they have blood on their hands.
We call them the Pacific Heights Mafia - and we have named the culprits - before. Their point person on the SFRA Commission is Rick Swig.
The three Blacks on the current SFRA Commission are sell outs - and for sure if they think they do not have blood on their hands - the are totally - mistaken.
