Lennar's Stock sinks low and with it all hopes of any sound development in San Francisco.

Lennar's operations have come to a grinding halt. They are busy trying to stay afloat but as each day passed they are sinking in the CESSPOOL of their own making:

One would have thought by now that San Francisco and Mayor Gavin Newsom would have learned something. Any one entity that has anything however small to do with Lennar will FAIL.

Lennar promises to build 10,500 homes on toxic soil - prone to liquefaction.

No one can fool - all the people - all the time. Lennar is Rogue Company that should - cut off its losses and split. Leave San Francisco - get our skunk stench elsewhere.

Lennar will fail in the Bayview Hunters Point because it has BLOOD on its hands.

The recent fine by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District - is a direct result of the community responding and demanding - justice. Lennar was fined over $515,000.

We know powerful Representatives tried to stop the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) from fining Lennar. Lennar's fine actually, amounted to over $38 million for the over 380 Notice of Violations.

In the mean time Lennar does not know what to do at Treasure Island. It has yet to provide a sound Term Sheet - it has yet to provide a sound Environmental Impact Report.

On Hunters Point is has failed with its Disposition and Development Agreement. Failed to abide by the Dust Mitigation Plan.

Lennar did not expect the sub-prime crises and related issues to hit it so hard.

The current Economic Crisis has hit Lennar so hard that it Stocks and Shares - are worthless. I repeat - worthless. Not even those dealing with the Penny Stock - consider Lennar worth something!

Closer to home I wonder what Kofi Bonner has to say - the man should be sent to jail - for permitting Lennar to harm our children and Elders - in the Bayview Hunters Point.

BVHP Project Area Committee and the Citizens Advisory Committee to the Hunters Point Shipyard - continue to side with Lennar. All hand picked cronies that get money under the table.

There is no Regulatory Agency in the United States that has taken Lennar to task and meted out the right amount of justice.

Lennar is a Rogue Development that is hand in glove with the Pacific Heights Mafia.

Lennar thinks it can take control of over 800 acres in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco. Land that has been given to them - free of charge. The land is toxic and must be abated. It is prone to liquefaction and this factor - has to be dealt with.

Lennar will fail and with it the "thugs" that are in bed with Lennar.

The Black pimp pastors that are not being paid under the table - and are now crying to God for help. They should be crying to God for Atonement - the likes of Aurelious Walker.

The other Black sell outs - who know something is a miss - but no not know quiet what is happening to the Economy. Ignorant as they are and have been - sell outs - all.

Lennar is a Pathetic Loser - and the sooner it leaves San Francisco the better. Good riddance of very bad rubbish.
