Candlestick Point development an "atomic bomb" waiting to explode in the face of SF.

The last frontier is the Bayview Hunters Point and Visitation Valley in San Francisco.

For years now - Supervisor Sophina Maxwell who is disliked in the community has sold out the community. Twice attempts were made to recall her - and the third time will be a "charm".

Really speaking this woman is not from the Bayview Hunters Point - she bought a fixer upper home around 1998 and soon after that joined the Bayview Hunters Point Project Area Committee - and was propped up by some crooked Blacks to run for Supervisor in District 10.

Her mother Enola Maxwell - though living in the Bayview off Third Street and by Jerrold Street - worked at the Potrero Hill Neighborhood House. She at least was known in the Bayview by some.

People in the Haight Ashbury area seem to be familiar with the Vegan - Sophina Maxwell. The fat cow should have stayed there - but for some reason - she strayed in the Bayview Hunters Point and ever since has been a pain in the ass.

The people - especially, those that live at Hunters Point do not care for Sophina Maxwell. She is well known as a sell out and one that can never be - trusted.

Over the years - Sophina Maxwell has worked with the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and the former Marcia Rosen from the SF Redevelopment Agency - to expand the Survey Area into a Project area - affecting over 2500 acres - directly and indirectly in the Southeast Sector - that is Bayview Hunters Point and part of Visitation Valley.

The recent concept plan linked to Candlestick Point is going no where.

A rogue company named Lennar has no money - and insurance companies all over this Nation are astounded as to why the City and County of San Francisco is doing business with Lennar.

The Candlestick Point development is backed by the Pacific Heights Mafia. And why?

The reason is simple - GREED that we noticed with the Leahman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, AIG, and other companies - is also found in San Francisco with companies such as CBRE and the Pacific Heights Mafia.

Also greedy Representatives like Diane Feinstein and Nancy Pelosi. Not to mention Mayor Gavin Newsom - who wants Lennar to develop a Superfund Site. He wants his campaign coffers filled. He can run for "dog catcher" and no one in their right mind will vote for him.

Sophina Maxwell is on the take - and has been on the take - she think she can get away with murder - but little does she know that the Federal Bureau of Investigation is hot on her heels.

Her trips to Canada and Europe have been well monitored. Especially her trips to Canada - junket trips paid by dubious characters linked with the Rogue Company - Lennar.

The whole Candlestick Point area is prone to liquefaction. It is also very toxic. The State Park near by - was a dump site. To be more precise - it served the City of San Francisco for years - where all sorts of toxic garbage was dumped.

High amounts of Methane Gas is found in this area. But also heavy metals such as Mercury, Lead and other very toxic particulates.

Near by the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is still under the control of the United States Navy. The Yosemite Slough area and Parcel E2 are very toxic. In the plans released the SF Redevelopment Agency - touts this area and compares it to - Crissy Field. If this is NOT a joke - I do not know what is:

Lennar is a Rogue Company and many articles have been written about it.

Lennar has declared bankruptcy all over this Nation. No one in their right mind wants to do business with Lennar - but for some reason the City and County of San Francisco wants to.

At one time - about a year ago Lennar's Stock and Shares were recorded at about $54 now they are less then $6. Soon they will be worth less then $3.

Lennar has slowly killed our children and Elders. This is a crime crying for justice and to heaven - for some authority to take this Rogue Company to task. Recently, Lennar was fined over $515,000 by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District.

The Regulatory Agencies - local, State, and Federal have sided with Lennar - because they have been paid off and bought off.

Our so called Representatives have NOT spoken about the adverse affects - created by Lennar. The blood of our children is upon them.
