"Bring it on" says Aaron Peskin while Sean Elsbernd stands his ground all night long.

by Francisco Da Costa
Aaron Peskin, Gerardo Sandoval, Tom Ammiano and Sophie Maxwell took on Sean Elsbernd on some zoning issues - that Aaron Peskin made last minute changes to. Elsbernd insisted it was unfair and that he wanted time to review the changes. Aaron Peskin insisted that Tom Ammiano would be leaving soon for Sacramento, in December. Since most of the changes were in District 9 - the changes should be voted on. The old guard wanted to leave a Legacy - but have left a bad stench. Elsbernd wanted to "sever" each change and wanted each and every minor change - voted on. It was interesting to witness - the dog eat dog - mentality - surface in Room 250 at City hall in San Francisco.
At the last Land Use meeting held November 17, 2008 - I stated that the Old Guard thought they could leave a Legacy - linked to the Eastern Neighborhood and Zoning changes. Well, the Old Guard Sophina Maxwell, Tom Ammiano, Jake McGoldrick, Aaron Peskin, and Gerardo Sandoval - will leave a stench - on this one.

No one can take the community for granted.

Without addressing reasonable Affordable Housing, addressing Quality of Life Issues - the changes slated on paper is just hot-air linked to the Eastern Neighborhood and Zoning Changes. The Old Guard wants to leave a Legacy - but, acting as a fool has dragged its worthiness down the drain and into a cesspool.

The Old Guard must remember that when they were elected as "progressives". We, the people thought - we would be served. We were mistaken these "dumb fools" would NOT serve the people - the common constituent.

The Old Guard - in their foolishness of sorts - have served Big Development.

Sophina Maxwell and Aaron Peskin have bent backwards to help a Rogue Company - Lennar.

The rushed Zoning Laws and policies - must be tossed out - into a waste paper basket.

Thousands of constituents in the Mission do not agree with the new proposed Zoning Laws.

Thousands in the South of Market Area - are cautious about the Old Guard and especially the dumb, inept, arrogant Chair of the Land Use Committee - Sophina Maxwell.

Many in and around Potrero Hill - have their gripes.

Bayview Hunters Point has been handed over to the SF Redevelopment Agency. Once the Bayview Hunters Point - spoke as a people and participated. Today - they are dictated by the SFRA Commissioners and other nefarious entities. Time will tell.

We look forward to David Campos, David Chui, Eric Mar, John Avalos - joined by Ross Mirkarimi and Chris Daly - to bring about some holistic changes.

The land once belonged to the Ohlone - it was stolen. The First People are for the common people - not for the Big Greedy Developers. Against - Zoning Laws that adversely impact those that pay taxes and get nothing in return.

The common person wants good housing and we must honor that right. We ought to befriend and help our children and elders. I request the newly elected SF Board of Supervisors to work with us - and will be support you all.

Bevan Dufty tried to act like the Mama he is - lots of verbosity but no one was listening to him at the SF Board of Supervisors.

Jake McGoldrick tried to say something - but in all the diatribe - that was no understanding.

Alioto-Pier the air-head knows that her days are numbered - she can vote with Sean Elsbernd, and Chu - until that days comes - when history will toss her into the dust bin and with her all the drama and stupidity.

Sean Elsbernd wants to be his own man - but not without causing confusion - we the people want the Old Guard to leave. The sooner the better. Good riddance of Tom Ammiano - he can charge his batteries drinking his now favorite - Red Bull.

Chu a novice of sorts - tried in vain to make a point - but each time she opens her mouth - she shoves her foot deep and spews out foul. Time will tell. That is what happens when the Mayor appoints - New York transplants and thinks he can get away with murder.

The Eastern Neighborhoods belongs to the people. Once the dust has settled down - thousands will gather and demand that the revised Zoning Polices - be thrown out. So much for the Legacy of the Old Guard.

The newly appointed SF Board of Supervisors - David Campos, Eric Mar, David Chui, and John Avalos - should feel the pulse of the people.

A guide to review is the relation between Lennar, the Rogue Developer, the Pacific Heights Mafia - and those corrupt among the - Old Guard.

Special emphasis on Aaron Peskin and Sophina Maxwell.

We look forward to working with the soon to be appointed SF Board of Supervisors.

We look forward to the EXIT of the Old Guard - good riddance of very bad rubbish.

The least these jackasses could have done - is be fair. You cannot rush and bring about policies - thinking you can fool all the people all the time. Also, we the people - pay the taxes and we must have a say.

Please do not for a moment think - you Supervisors know it all - if you did - you would not wait until the last moment to pull the fast one.

Most good folks - that came to the Land Use Meeting - spoke fairly on November 17, 2008.

The new SF Supervisor are put on notice. Once in office - for some reason - power goes to the head and affects some of those who in their foolishness - forget the people who pay the taxes and always get - shafted.

We look to better times - with the departure of the Old Guard who will not be missed at all.
