San Francisco | Government & Elections

We need drastic change at San Francisco City Hall - welcome Chui, Mar, Avalos, and Campos.

City Hall will NOT be the same - anymore. Soon, depending on our slow SF Department of Elections - they still have NOT learned how to walk the walk. The counting will stop eventually - we have a good sense - Eric Mar, John Avalos, David Campos, and David Chui are winning. We hope these new Supervisors - will end the nonsense of yester years - and take us all to a better - place. We need to hold the feet of Mayor Gavin Newsom to the fire - each and every day. We will not permit this scum bag to have a field day. Never ever.
If Chris Daly and Ross Mirkarimi support the new Supervisors who will join them soon - Eric Mar, David Campos, David Chui, and John Avalos - we can be on a path for sound change and get rid of the "corrupt politics" that have ruined San Francisco.

We have two so called swing Supervisors - Sophina Maxwell and Bevan Dufty. I hope they see the light of day. Stop voting for corrupt forces like Lennar and Propositions and Resolutions that adversely impact the constituents of San Francisco.

Elsbernd, Chu, and Alioto-Pier will stick to their guns - you just cannot train an old dog to learn new tricks. The more they stick to Gavin Newsom - the deeper they will sink in the cesspool of their own making.

It was interesting to witness the Landlords - waste millions trying to change our mind - and try to bias our voting pattern - with false ads. Now, that they have lost - they can all go to - hell.

San Francisco is different when it comes to addressing issues.

We embrace everyone and we also pay attention to who is leading any cause. Believe me - if Mayor Gavin Newsom touches anything - it stinks to high heaven. Those that thought being close to him is good - better, think thrice.

Remember the folks that favored Proposition G and Lennar - the plan is going no where.

And joining this proposition were Diane Feinstein and Nancy Pelosi. Recently, these two scum bags lent their name to another Proposition - and ever since - all hell has broken loose.

This fiscal year it will be interesting to witness how the Mayor will deal with an over $400 million deficit.

The major bond measures passed - but, let us see how the details are worked. One of the most important the seismic retro-fit of the San Francisco General Hospital.

The SF General Hospital has a $1 billion budget - but has never, ever been audited. We are very suspicious of a man named Mitch Katz. Time will tell.

Another sly Measure that favored Pier 70 - next to the Mirant Power Plant. Joe Boss and the Potrero Boosters - want to build hotel on a toxic dump site that will cost $300 million plus to clean up - if not more. Then fight Mirant that has positioned itself to do battle - against those that could have tried to have a dialog with Mirant.

Of course some folks thought they could - just like that force San Franciscans to embrace - Public Power. The forces behind this ploy - Tom Ammiano, Susan Leal, are all dubious in nature.

We first have to learn to fix our infrastructure. Millions of gallons of water leach into the water shed ever day. Our clean water pipes are over 75 years old and so are our waste water pipes - the SF Public Utilities Commission - will talk the talk but fail - every time to walk the walk.

Once we gave them a blank check to fix the Hetch Hetch system - but nothing much is happening. Susan Leal screwed it so much - working with certain companies to amass wealth for herself - to may be run for Mayor. But Gavin - skunk that he is - smells the rat and cuts her loose.

Public Power and the control of it - by those that base their fake qualification as a foundation to run Public Power - did not phase intelligent voters - to send that ballot - where it belongs - dead.

We will have issues with our health, education, public safety, housing, transportation, jobs and other pertinent issues. We have in the new Supervisors - a sense for public safety, good grasp of education, our health, housing, jobs - for sure is on top on their agenda.

Youth worked hard to bring Campos, Chui, Avalos, and Eric Mar on board. In the future you will witness thousands of youth - coming to City Hall and voicing their opinions.

Of course Elsbernd, Chu, and Alioto-Pier (the air-head) will try their best to vote against good policies and anything that favors the majority of the constituents. We have seen it in the past. These - dumb jackasses take their orders from the impotent Mayor - Gavin Newsom.

Chris Daly has fought for those that need help most. Many may not like his brash ways - but, when you deal with evil people - a kick-ass attitude is what it takes to make good things happen.

If Chris is appointed President of Board of Supervisors - he will do well. It always is interesting that when he in put in the cock-pit - the plane flies well and lands on time - safely.

Many will miss Aaron Peskin. He did well in exposing the corruption at the SF Airport and brought about change. Some of his legislation was well thought out and well written. At times he had to put his foot down - and stop air-head - Alioto Pier - from trying to hood wink the public. Fight certain corrupt powers - he did what he had to do - and can leave City Hall with a smile on his face.

Chu has got a pass - but, she will see the fire works up close and personal. A transplant from New York - the Mayor gave her District 4 on a platter - some like her but most do not trust her.

Elsbernd tries to put his best foot forward - but often shoots his foot. You can be conservative but not at the expense of the people that hurt the most. He should learn to think for himself - having been educated well - but, he does not do his education - justice.

Mama, Bevan Dufty has compassion but often when any issue has to be adjudicated - his diatribe confuses his logic - and before you know it - he has taken the issues to the cesspool and screwed it for everyone.

In recent months Dufty has tried to be just - and I hope before he terms out - he leaves office with some decent legislation and a voting record that favors those that really need help.

I am biased against Sophina Maxwell - the best I can say at this time - is when her term expires - good riddance of very bad rubbish.

Over 20,000 units are slated in the Bayview Hunters Point. Lennar has on paper 10,000 units but says 10,500. Where did the 500 extra units appear - well, Lennar does that all the time. You just cannot trust this Rogue Company.

Lennar has defaulted on its Disposition and Development Agreement and this City is going nothing about it. The DDA linked to Parcel A at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

We want a hearing - and we will get it and this time around - in detail we will expose the devil - Lennar.

Recently the Bay Area Area Air Quality Management Board fined Lennar $515,000 - for over 380 Notice of Violations. The BAAAQMB should have fined Lennar - $38 million. Diane Feinstien, Nancy Pelosi, Mayor Gavin Newsom - intervened.

We need a hearing to expose such nonsense.

In the mean time our children and elders are dying.

Most of us remember Proposition F. We spend less then $10,000 - Lennar spent $5 million.
Then, Lennar the Rogue Company - went to the State of California to borrow $25 million and was turned down - three times.

We look forward to the new Supervisor doing the right thing.
