GATHER AND PROTEST!
Stanislaus County Superior Court
800 11th St
Modesto, Ca 95354
October 28, 2008 - 8:30 AM

Our Elected Officials Must Uphold the Law!
On July 31, 2007, Oakdale SWAT, Stanislaus County Sherriff's and
Stanislaus County DEA, illegally raided Oakdale Natural Choice
Collective, a 100% legitimate medical cannabis collective, and
arrested its main organizer Addison DeMoura. Under DeMouras
direction, ONCC was faithfully implementing the Attorney General's
Guidelines for medical cannabis distribution. Local officials were
fully informed of ONCC's operations, but instead of enforcing the
laws of California, chose to arrest and imprison Addison DeMoura.
Show Your Support!
Addison DeMoura, his wife Jessica, and 4 volunteers from ONCC will
appear before Judge Nancy Ashley for pre-trial hearings in connection
with the unlawful raid and closure of the collective in July of 2007.

Speakers:
Dale Gieringer: California Director, CANORML
Don Duncan: California Director, Americans for Safe Access
James Anthony: Chairman of the Board, Green-Aid
Aaron Smith: California Organizer, Marijuana Policy Project
Addison DeMoura: Director, Medical Cannabis Association
