The 15th Annual Community Celebration for the Days of the Dead
Saturday, October 25, 2008
12–5 p.m. • Museum Gardens

Features craft activities, demonstrations, food vendors, music, dance, ceremonia and a mercado. Fun for the whole family. Performers include Ballet Folklorico Mexicano, Danza Xitllali, Squeezebox Sabroso, Beshbeni, and Yolanda Aranda Coria. We invite you to bring photocopies of photographs of local artists and activists that have passed away in the last year to add to a community altar.

Participation in the celebration is free. General admission to the museum
galleries, including Days of the Dead exhibition, will be half-price all day.

Con actividades artesanales, demostraciones, comida, música, danzas, ceremonia y un mercado. Diversión para toda la familia. Entre los presentadores Ballet Folklorico Mexicano, Danza Xitllali, Squeezebox Sabroso, Beshbeni, y Yolanda Aranda Coria.
Los invitamos a traer fotocopias de fotografias de artistas y activistas locales que han muerto en el ultimo año para añadirlos a un altar comunitario.

Participación en la celebración es gratis. Admisión a las galerías del museo, incluyendo la exposición de los Días de los Muertos, será mitad
del precio todo el día.
