Even as police attempted to pre-empt anti-RNC actions, planning continued in the Twin Cities for September 1st in St. Paul. Locals are largely happy to have demonstrators coming from all over to protest a convention they are embarrassed is in their back yard. They are also disgusted with the hyper-aggressive tactics of the local police in conjunction with federal authorities. Xcel Center -- Ground Zero for tomorrow's actions
