Dan Piraro's critically acclaimed multi-media comedy performance returns to the Bay Area. Sold-out shows in San Francisco have become the norm; this is the first appearance in Oakland. Missing it would be sad.
Piraro is joined by his hand-picked special guest, Johnny Steele, widely considered one of the best comics with a pulse, and special MC, Michael Capozzola, cartoonist of Cheap City fame.
Dan Piraro is creator of the syndicated and award winning cartoon Bizarro. Also a talented performer, Piraro’s extremely inventive solo work, The Bizarro Baloney Show, played in theaters across America and received critical acclaim.
Johnny Steele has hosted award winning radio and TV shows in San Francisco. A former winner of the S.F. Comedy Competition, Steele’s performances have been described as ‘A tidal wave of social and political commentary’.
