San Francisco Health Commissioners hear from Bayview Hunters Point constituents.

The San Francisco Health Commission chose to permit two SF Health Department staffers - Dr. Rajiv Bhatia and Amy Brownell to lie to the Commissioners.

The above employees of the SF Health Department have not been fair to the Bayview Hunters Point Community.

The presentation by these two corrupt SF Health Department Staffers - failed again to justify why Lennar bombarded the community for months on end - without Dust and Asbestos Monitors in place.

The many Notice of Violations (NOVs) and the pending cases before the Bay Area Air Quality Management District.

No, mention was made of the faulty Article 31 and the Dust Mitigation Protocol that was amended and needs to be amended - again.

Protocol in the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) linked to Parcel A - a legal document - that has NOT been - followed.

Lennar has taken upon itself to buy the Regulatory Agencies - the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Toxic and Substance Control, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, the San Francisco Health Department, the Agency for Toxic, Substances, and Disease Registry, the Center for Disease Control and other Local, State, and Federal agencies.

Added to the above - Senator Diane Feinstein and Congressperson Nancy Pelosi - have actively, done all in their power to adversely impact the harmed constituents of Bayview Hunters Point - living in and around Parcel A. They have not stood up for our children and the community.

For the last two years the constituents are well informed about what really happened at Parcel A. The constituents have attended numerous meetings and have studied the facts - linked to Parcel A. The constituents are educated on issues - but the constituents were not given a chance to speak up and express themselves.

It is right that the SF Health Commissioners should have given the constituents from Bayview Hunters Point and the supporters from all over San Francisco - to speak their mind - for at least - three minutes.

You cannot express yourself in just two minutes - on such a topic - so complicated and which has caused so much harm - to thousands of innocent - constituents - mostly our children and elders.

We, the people thought that the San Francisco Health Commission would be fair - but as usual they shafted the constituents of the Bayview Hunters Point - the mostly minority community.

Two SF Commissioners who should have been there - were NOT there - no reason was given - why they could not attend the meeting.

One of them Catherine Waters who is Black and who should have been there. The only Black Commissioner who could have heard the plight of the community.

Commissioners Steven Tierney and David Sanchez were the only two that asked some pertinent questions.

We - the community will take this matter to a higher level - we, do this - because, we are dealing with forces - very EVIL.

Here, we the community thought our Health and Safety were in the hands of representatives - who would adjudicate - fairly and with sound justice. We were betrayed.

The Hearing was a JOKE and the Constituents of Bayview Hunters Point - shafted - again.

Time will tell. There is Karma. Lennar Stockes and Shares are single digit and no one cares about their Stocks and Shares - Junk Bond Status.

Lennar is declaring bankruptcy all over the Nation - Mare Island, Vallejo, Richmond, California, Southern California - LandSource, and so on and so forth. Sold thousands of homes in Florida - forty cents on a dollar.

As to the San Francisco City Officials and the SF City Commissioners - that look the other way - they will have to deal with a higher POWER.

We are PEOPLE will strive to do what is right - but feel the pain of our CHILDREN and ELDERS every single - day.
