Lennar Corporation sinking in the cesspool of its own making - its Stocks worth nothing.

Lennar Corporation is history and its recent pitfalls can be attributed to its nonchalant Rogue Mannerism.

Lennar Corporation - came to town - bought every skunk - mostly political misfits with no conscience - then went about its business - breaking every rule and regulation.

It was in San Francisco that Lennar met its match. Early on we had predicted to one Roy Wills that - Lennar would sink in the cesspool of its own making.

Roy Wills that weasel that spread the money to the City Officials - and bought "thugs" to do his dirty job. When it was too hot in the kitchen -he fled to Los Angeles - where he should have remained and never, ever come to San Francisco - in the first place.

The Mare Island, Vallejo, California - bankruptcy has hit Lennar Corporation very badly. It really - tore into its entrails and it is bleeding heavily.

Then came the Richmond, California - bankruptcy - and this floored Lennar - once and for all.

Earlier the LandSoure fallout and bankruptcy - sent a signal to the Housing Market - Lenanr was faltering and consolidating and sinking. It has been bleeding and bleeding - very badly.

Lennar sold thousands of vacant homes in Florida - for forty cents on a dollar - unheard of in recent history.

Lennar is finished but it borrows money to put up some vain fight - but cannot stand up as it is bleeding - bleeding so bad - that it is in a coma.

We all remember Proposition F in San Francisco:

We put on the Initiative to demand - Fifty Percent Affordable Housing - and Lennar could not swallow this fact - it said: " it was a poison pill ".

Well, it has now - learned some lesson - cannot execute anything - since it is in a coma.

Heavy hitters like Senator Diane Feinstein came out to back Lennar and failed.

Mayor Gavin Newsom came out and failed.

Lennar is faltering at Treasure Island. No one in their right mind - no financial institution will back Lennar. Lennar Corporation is Anathema - it is a filthy skunk no one will touch with hundred foot pole.

Heading the Lennar operation in the Bay Area is one weasel - Kofi Bonner.

Kofi Bonner - simply does not know - what to make of this very sad state of affairs. I suggest he go to the SF Business Times and pay them to write an article and come out clean - while the going is - good. Make amends before you lose your pants.

Kofi Bonner built the Emeryville Town on Shellmounds - Sacred Burial Ground of the Ohlone.

It is called - by folks that know - the Shellmound Mall.

Every year there is a rally held to speak out against the desecration of the remains of the Ohlone.
The Ohone are the first People of the Bay Area. This land - all of it was stolen from them. Kofi Bonner knows this - and more, must remember this - as one hailing from Ghana.

You must respect your Elders and if do not - you will pay a very heavy price. You are paying for it now.

Another weasel that must remember this is Willie L Brown Jr - the scum bag that brought Lennar to Sacramento and then to San Francisco. Making, dubious arrangements on the side to be paid - thousands of dollars.

Willie Brown and Carmen Policy - both old friends and watched closely by the Federal Bureau of Investigation - should be doing some good in their old age. Even as they fumble from the adversities of old age - these two think they are spring chicken - you cannot fool all the people all the time.

And then there is Karma. That perennial principle that set all things - right.

These two vermin - Willie and Carmen - cannot get a wink of good sleep - they know what is right and what is wrong. And guess what both of them have chosen to do - wrong.

Lennar is sinking - and it will default on Parcel A. The toxic situation and the clean up is too much for Lennar. What is paramount all the Regulatory Agencies are now fully aware of the situation.

But, check this out. Everyone now knows not to do business with Lenanr. Now this is the Achilles
Heel that will bring the Lenanr Corporation down. Bring it down and it will drown. Drown in the cesspool of its own making.

Never, for a single second think - that you Lennar can harm innocent children and get away with murder.

Kill our Elders and go Scott Free.

You may have access to Mayor Gavin Newsom, Senator Diane Feinstein, Congressperson Nancy Pelosi - but you are scum bags - you have no Respect - where it is counted.

So, sink - sink deep - in the cesspool of your own making. Aho.
