SF Redevelopment Agency continues to pay Proponents of Prop G - continuing corruption.

At the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency Commission meeting held July 1, 2008 - under Regular Item 4 (c) one Lola Whittle came before the SF Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) Commission to ask for money to continue to run a drab Bavyview Hunters Point Resource Center.

Here is the language of the Item 4 (c):

"Authorizing an Amended and Restated Letter of Agreement with the Mayor's Office of Community Development, in an amount not to exceed $1,027,983, subject to appropriation of funds, for administration of contracts with five community-based organizations to provide business assistance and employment development services from July 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008; All Redevelopment Project and Survey Areas (Resolution No. 70-2008)."

The above Resolution is one of many Resolutions that come before the SF Redevelopment Agency (SFRA).

For the remaining 5 months of 2008 the SFRA Commission wants to hand over $1,027,983 to do some drab training - linked to workforce.

This is a sham. City Build has already wasted $7 million under Rhonda Simmons and now with slick moves such as the above - want to garner money - not so much for training but more to inflated benefits and personal gain.

The same with Lola Whittle who had no clue that I would be there - and be able to speak to this fake agenda item.

This is how it works - our tax increment money is being spent on cronies for personal gain.

Lola Whittle has been given several opportunities - through Willie L. Brown in the past. She ran a cafeteria of sorts at City Hall some years ago and failed. Then she was given an opportunity to run a restaurant at the San Francisco Airport - and she failed.

Now, suddenly this woman who has no stellar results in the past - suddenly is propped up as a provider to manage some small Business outfit in the Bayview Hunters Point - to cater to zip codes 94107, 94124, 94134. None of which has happened.

Left in the dark - Asians, Latinos, Samoans others that these cronies do not give a rat's ass.

The two candidates that came to the podium at the SFRA Commission meeting to back Lola Whittle - could not express themselves and the little they spoke - was far - off target.

San Franciscans must note that Mayor Gavin Newsom was behind Proposition G and funding cronies such as Lola Whittle - who lent her name to Proposition G without knowing anything much. Now, is pay back time - but she has been exposed for her incompetency and now for accepting "dole" money.

Mayor Gavin and Senator Diane Feinstein backed Proposition G - and a rogue company called Lennar Corporation. Lennar is declaring bankruptcy and cannot fulfill its obligations. It has failed on Parcel A at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

One of the consultants who backed Lennar and Prop G - was Eric Jaye who made a lot of money - by dividing San Franciscans and acting like a scum bag.

Well, Eric Jaye is hoarding money to back Mayor Gavin Newsom to run for Governor of California. Gavin Newsom is a fool who should pay heed to my advice - after your term as Mayor of San Francisco - go shill out.

Spend more time in Montana - fishing and spent time with some holistice extra-curricula activities.

If you, Gavin Newsom go to Sacramento - in just a week time you will burn out. You simply cannot handle day to day affairs, have no ability to discern, and your Spin stunts - will not work in any big arena.

Back to SFRA Commission - where every Commissioner has been appointed Mayor Gavin Newsom. Each of them has been on the take. Two have had the Federal Bureau of Investigation investigate them - Darshan Singh and Leroy King.

It is amazing to witness how these Commissioners - freely dole out millions of Tax Increment Monies - that really should go into the Survey and Project Area for "real" development.

Here is how it works. Large areas are given to the SFRA for development. Millions of dollars collected from Tax Increment - such as the former projects from Bayview Hunters Point and Mission Bay and other areas - go to fill the coffers of politicians.

For sure Mayor Gavin Newsom is using SF Redevelopment Agency to fill his coffers for future elections. Then cronies such as Lola Whittle are compensated for poor work and a lack luster business history in the past. She is being paid solely for lending her name - without any clue to Proposition G. G stands for gentrification and greed. Also, for goons and is associated with the Pacific Heights Mafia in San Francisco.

It is time the Federal Bureau of Investigation step in and find out how SFRA tax increment money is spent.

It is time the City Controller audit the SF Redevelopment Agency that is has not done in years.

The City Controller is mandated to audit organizations that get money or money that is funneled to City Departments - in this case the Mayor' Office of Economic Development and Workforce.

Rhonda Simmons who works for City Build has wasted $7 million before.

City Build has a bad track record and has really no experience in Work Force Training. Several glaring failures in the Bayview and the Western Addition - does not deter the Mayor Office of Economic Development and Work Force - from further wasting tax payers money.

City Build failed on the Apartment Investment Management Company (AIMCO) project in the Bayview Hunters Point. An investigation and Class Actions is on going.

This nonsense must stop.

The SF Redevelopment Agency in the past through Marcia Rosen and Jesse Blout has wasted millions of dollars. Both, jumped shipped and now some others are holding the bag.

It is amazing to see crooks - line up to waste money for doing nothing much. One of them Lola Whittle who purports she knows how to run a Resource Center for small business but the truth is far from it. Pathetic.
