Vallejo City Council hears from San Francisco constituents about the Rogue Lennar Corp.

Lennar is a Rogue Company that has kept a "strange silence" silence spreading a lot of disinformation by paying dubious consultant in San Francisco the likes of Eric Jaye - using SPIN - to sell a fake Measure - named Proposition G.

Mayor Gavin Newsom, Senator Diane Feinstein, Supervisor Sophina Maxwell - all have BLOOD on their hands - they looked the other way while our babies were being poisoned.

Now they all are keeping mum - while, Lennar has been totally exposed at a Rogue Company that is completely - broke. Practically every day we hear facts about Lennar and how it is going down - drowning in a cesspool of its own making.

Lennar has declared bankruptcy in Vallejo and has taken a number of Limited Liability Corporations down with it.

It has done the same - in all the places it has declared, bankruptcy - Southern California - with its collaboration with LandSource and other such dubious - affiliations.

Mare Island is a mess and the City of Vallejo has declared bankruptcy and just listening to the Vallejo City Council and it day to day deliberations - the City of Vallejo must pray for a miracle - to get its act together and put the affairs of its City - back on track.

Lennar is still working behind the scenes in Vallejo - trying to survive. Pulling strings indirectly with some of Vallejo City Council members - who have been aiding and abetting Lennar - all these many years.

When some of the the speakers looked straight in the eye of the Council Members - we soon found out more. One Michael Wilson seems to have more then a cozy relationship not only with Lennar but with the proposed Touro Cancer Treatment and Research Center Project.

While Touro would like to impress upon others that it has nothing to do Lennar - the activities of Lennar both past and future - will come to impact this project.

Bottom line a so called world class health research institution should find a clean place so that it can with honesty bring out the best in human science and technology to serve humanity. A clean environment and land that is devoid of pollution is a must.

Touro Cancer Treatment and Research Center Project - should not encourage any operation in an environment impacted serious with Cumulative Pollution and land prone to serious liquefaction. Why spend millions and take the most risks why health and things pertaining to health - are associated with the least pollution and cleanness?

On another note - and let us move to a different topic - Lennar.

Lennar is a Rogue Company that is now being exposed by thousands. On youtube.com hundreds are expressing themselves - about how Lennar has cheated them of their money and their homes.

Lennar loves building inferior homes on toxic land.

Lennar has no compassion and in the Bayview Hunters Point has poisoned our children.

Lennar continues to think it can fool all the people all the time. Well, in San Francisco Lennar has met its match.

Lennar Corporation has yet to admit that it is doing wrong and that it has failed too many times - in too may places.

On Parcel A we again have had Notice of Violations (NOVs). Last week on one day that were reading about 55,000 structure per cubic meter. Our SF Health Department, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, other Regulatory Agencies - thinking nothing of such serious readings and the adverse impacts on human and other life.

San Francisco has the Precautionary Principle - but San Francisco gives a hoot especially the San Francisco Department of Environment , the SF District Attorney that has a Department that knows about the adverse impacts to human and other life and has done nothing about it.

The federal agency Environmental Protection Agency is a joke - and has not done its work.

More so the worst Federal Agency the Agency for Toxic, Substances and Disease Registry.

Congress person Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein know our children are being poisoned by Lennar but have not done anything. Have not said one single word.

More Senator Barbara Boxer who will tout her horn on other environmental issues but has failed to do anything in her own back yard - San Francisco and the Bayview Hunters Point.

In the year 2000 Proposition P demanded the whole shipyard to be cleaned to Residential Standards.

Well, we propose to introduce a new Ballot Measure with stronger language in San Francisco.

We also plan to remove one Supervisor who has been a pain in the ass - in District 10.

Lennar you ain't seen anything yet - as we have said before - we wont you out of our community. We want Kofi Bonner who has lied, deceived the community, and what is more taken on the righteous in the community.

The question is Lennar are you fiscally very sound? If not - get out and live this community alone.
