Join The Picket/Press Conference and Speak-Out Against Fraud by CA Insurance Commissioner Poizner & His Fraud Assessment Commission
Tuesday June 17, 2008 9:30 AM Fraud Division Headquarters 9342 Tech Center Drive, Suite 100 Sacramento, California 95826 Initiated by The California Coalition For Workers Memorial Day http://www.workersmemorialday.org The California Fraud Assessment Commission which is supposed to do oversight of fraud in workers compensation has been covering up fraud by the insurance industry. Workers such as David Bell at Agraquest who was infected with fungus and bacteria at his biotech company has been forced to go on social security for his healthcare. The District Attorney of Yolo County Stroski knows about these crimes but has refused to prosecute and Poizner's "Fraud Assessement Commission" is aware of these criminal activities yet is engaged in a cover-up of fraud by Agraquest and their insurance carrier Liberty Mutual. Liberty Mutual is owned by Shwartzenegger's buddy and former kitchen cabinet head Warren Buffet. Buffet was involved in deregulating California's workers compensation laws so his and other insurance companies would not have to take care of injured workers and could forced them on to the public through SSI and other public agencies. The chair of the Commission is William Zachry who is also a vice president of Safeway Inc for risk management or insurance. He has prevented injured Safeway workers such as Beverly Schenk from speaking out about fraud by Safeway Inc. for refusing to pay for work related injuries and instead forcing Beverly and others to go on SSI. This massive cost shifting scam is being covered up by Zachry and Insurance Commission Poizer Also billionaire California Insurance Commissioner Steve Poizner personally met with injured worker Joseph Dow and was informed of insurance felony fraud by Lowe's Hardward store in Pacifica. Despite the fact that a Federal Judge and a state agency have said there was fraud by this company Poizner continues to do damage control for Lowe's Hardware and his agency said that they could find not fraud. Who are they working for? Injured workers and their supporters will be picketing a speaking out against fraud by the California Fraud Commission on Tuesday June 17, 2008 at 9:30 AM at the Fraud Commission in Sacramento. Help protest this criminal cover-up by the government, the politicians and the corporate crooks. Initiated by California Coalition For Workers Memorial Day P.O.
