disabled aids sufferer being threatened by a racist landlord.

hello, my name is shane. i have a friend steve who is dealing with the same issues as i am. i suffer full blown aids and neuropathy. steve sufferes two hernias and other major health problems i moved in having been shown a nice quiet place with even a religous alter, flowers and candals and all.. then i moved in having had scap, santa cruz aids project make checks to pay deposits with so it would be recorded.
ill try condensing this as best aS i can, it started out hearing fights in the kitchen. then petra would bang on my door begging me to tell chad in english da de da dada!!!!@#@#@$, ok! , chad was smoking crack and became violent on me!. ok then when she wanted steve out same thing, banging on my door telling me to do her dirty work. well i asked scapp what should i do? they said draw the line. so i did, i was nice and told her im to ill to take on stress. well this was bad cause the next thing i knew she started standing at my door yelling at me how she will no longer rent to sick people anymore and ill have to move out. well i just thought that weas to irational to follow through on. nope i got a call from jesus at santa cruz aidsd project, he said oh hi im calling just to check up on you..see how your doing? oh and petra did say you have to be out at the end of the month, less than 2 weeks!. also we are not allowed to have heat. the heating system has been disabled and shut down. and were not allowed to use heaters. we have rat holes here and we have cock roaches, ants big time ants, they bite to.. and she claims no rasponsability for any of it saying its all our fault cause we arent as clean as she is. well im realy really not well and need a mirracle here, cause i cant live this way even if i could fight her.. i have ssi and think of paying rent as a security blanket, i dont mind paying rent.
i have never been late or short on my rent. i dont have people traffic either, im quiet and i simply want peace, i have never complained to her in her upstairs part of the home. and no this house has no access to the upper floor from inside, thier seperate units..
now i have discovered that landlords are preying on people stuck in the housing shortage chrisis. they rent to people who they think are either desperate or some how are afraid of drama, she brings her family members in to harass you out of cash to. and they say things like oh fransisco had to mop for you on your chore day, and demand $20. so yes i need a room in santa cruz asap. i can build computers and fix just about anything. and steve and i are willing to move toguther, but im the one being threatened now so ill move any chance i get..
