The last frontier given to "thugs" - property managers who prey on the poor all over SF.

The Southeast Sector is the last frontier. There is simply no more land on which to build - after Mission Bay. I mean vast acres that one can develop and build and build and build.

For those that remember the Geneva Towers - infested with pests and doling out the most miserable conditions to human beings - closer to Sunnydale and the Visitation Valley. The same thugs are in the community - now trying to take over large chunks of Public Housing for pennies.

We saw the AIMCO fiasco but have learned nothing from it. For most part - because those far removed from reality - could not care less.

Much like our present Economy - we always think we can ride out everything - but the recession is here - and keeps biting many in the butt. While we are in a recession - while housing is suffering - while folks are just learning about "sub-prime loans" - thugs are busy preying on the poor and trying to build homes - when thousands of homes are boarded up and other for sale.

Such madness can happen only in San Francisco. People pretend Care not Care Works, that we are a Green City - never mind we got an F for the air being filthy.

MUNI is really working - filthy buses and the Mayor trying to fix the problem but making it worse.

There is only so much Spin - people can handle - the time is at hand - people are fed up - and behind the takeover and making vast money - some very corrupt forces - the Pacific Height Mafia.

Thugs run the projects wherever that are take overs of land in San Francisco. I mean Property Manager Thugs - and make tons of money. Complete with "thug security guards" and the City and County of San Francisco giving the "thugs" all they wanted and more.

The Geneva Towers was torn down - and new inferior units built. Less then five percent of those living in the former Geneva Towers - returned.

The same happened at Army Street, Bay Street, Valencia Gardens, and will happen at Hunters View, Potrero Projects, Sunnydale, Oakdale, and where ever there are folks - many hard working but living in Public Projects.

Too many Seniors the single most growing population of San Francisco. This City gives a rat ass for Senior Citizens - the SPCA where dogs, cats, and other pets are kept receive better food and living accommodation.

Public Projects on purpose are let down - innocent people forced to living in horrible conditions - units boarded up to create a New Living Order of Thugs - well planned and backed by the Pacific Heights Mafia.

Dwayne Jones the Director of Communities of Opportunity (COO) - has been at work. Years ago I wrote an article - it begun by saying - no good comes from Dwayne Jones and I stand by my words.

This Black Man with a grin on his face - says all the right stuff but does all the wrong things to his own people. He is now a Commissioner on Housing - for the Housing Authority. Lives in Oakland, comes into our City - and makes hay while the sun shines.

Other Black Thugs back him - he works with the Gang Task Force - and he helps to keep the Gang Injunction Alive.

There is Karma - and there is only so much the people will take - then comes a time when the those that do wrong for a long time - are judged not by frail women and men - but by God. That time has come and is round the corner.

Dwayne Jones arranges tours to the Pacific Heights Thugs - showing them around and making promises - that all can be theirs - if they invest.

Never mind who lives there now - there can all be removed.

Much like what Hitler did and what America did to the Native Americans. The plight of those living in abject misery for the last 60 years in the Middle East - in slums - known to us as sons and daughters of Palestine.

These "thugs" plan to tear down Public Housing - remove the people that live there now - and create a New Living Order of Thugs.

Gated Communities - that will focus on money and to hell with family values.

Screw those that worked to contribute to the Blue Collar Workforce, the Hotel Industry, ordinary jobs that kept our City and County of San Francisco running for years.

The many thousands that work menial jobs - take care of the infirm, clean homes, come and pick up the trash, do jobs that most others would not care to do - but because they have blood money and can pay the poor to work and work and get pennies for their hard work - the "thugs" feel for now that they can have it all - but God is great and will surprise them.

This Racist City should be ashamed of itself. That is why once in a while it is good to educate oneself. One must be educated on issues. The Apartment Investment Management Company (AIMC)) fiasco - is one that should not go unnoticed.

What is happening right now at Hunters' View - people are forced to move while others are preparing to take over - land, and great views of the City - complete with the best weather that you can get for free.

All over Sunnydale and Hunters Point - where the Projects are and over at Potrero Hill - thousands of homes are boarded up. Have been for years. I have written about these Public Project and more ad nauseum.

Years ago the City could have come out with a plan - I mean a fair plan. They did - Hope Six and it screwed the residents of San Francisco. People have NOT yet recovered from Hope Six.

Hope Six catered to a few and left most high and dry!

Now, comes another train HopeSF - the only hope this train gives is to the thugs. The operator of this train - Mayor Gavin Newsom and the Pacific Heights Mafia.

Sophie Maxwell - the dumb, inept, ignorant so called Supervisor of District 10 - will grin and give the thugs entry to whatever they need - all she needs to satisfy her needs and ego - is the money under the table. This has been going on on years. Remember - Roy Willis.

It is the same story with Candlestick Point. Sophie Maxwell grinning and saying all will be well. She cannot comprehend simple English - much less a Disposition and Development Agreement, less any Development Project. The only thing that lubricates her flow is money.

The South Bayshore Plan protected the constituents - but Sophie Maxwell saw to it that it was changed to suit her EVIL needs.

Now, she has lured Lau as her aide ( he used to work for SF Planning) - to further the ploys and harm thousands of Blacks. She is part of the Out Migration and thousands of poor folks - adversely impacted that once lived in San Francisco.

Sophie Maxwell and the sellouts that I have named - all have no clue what they are doing to the last frontier and the Bayview Hunters Point.

The land after all belong to the Ohlone. I made sure I introduce Sophie Maxwell to the Chair, of the Muwekma Ohlone. I wanted to keep it real - and will when I meet her soon in the public.

Sophie Maxwell is a dirty, worn rag that must be thrown aside - she is a disgrace to the Blacks of San Francisco.

Now the City wants to give land land worth $5 Billion to Lennar and for free. This is the last frontier.

On a separate track land is being transferred to Property Manager Thugs - to remove folks from Public Housing and to bring in a New Order.

Folks that will NOT look like the people now living there. Gated Communities - complete with guards and security that will keep and force ordinary folks at bay.

Such are the ploys of our City of San Francisco. There is a holocaust happening daily in our Community - it is called Bayview Hunters Point.

Children and Elders exposed to the worst pollutants. Nancy, Barbara, and Diane could not care - they care about money and greed. Talking the talk but failing to walk the walk.

Now, that the community has managed with great difficulty to fight the "thugs" and put Ballot Measure F on the June 3, ballot - the Pacific Heights Mafia are wasting millions of dollars trying to fight the people.
