http://www.pleasantonweekly.com/square/index.php?i=3&d=&t=521 So far I haven't seen any corporate media accounts as of 5:50 PM. Univision Channel 14 was there later, perhaps some details soon. In light of: SF Ordinance #080532 and yesterday's demonstrations [Proclaiming May 1, 2008 to be International Workers' Day, affirming San Francisco as a Sanctuary City, and urging the Congress of the United States to repeal the REAL ID Act of 2005] Resolution proclaiming May 1, 2008 to be International Workers' Day, affirming San Francisco as a Sanctuary City, and urging the Congress of the United States to repeal the REAL ID Act of 2005. Supervisors Sandoval, Ammiano presented.REFERRED FOR ADOPTION WITHOUT COMMITTEE REFERENCE AGENDA AT THE NEXT BOARD MEETING. Again agents appear to be deliberately acting as rogue federal enforcement from the current administration and have no use for sanctuary cities. Channel 2 reported :
11 El Balazo locations raided 63 arrests |
