The 7 minute video (below) is an interview with Luke Scarmazzo and Monica Valencia. Both Scarmazzo and Valencia were arrested in the September 2006 raid of a medical marijuana dispensary in Modesto California. The case, which is being heard in Federal Court, started this week in Fresno.
