A life line by Lennar - Cleaning up Hunters Point Shipyard is the Navy's responsibility

Proposition G is about Candlestick Point - and there are several jurisdictions linked to Candlestick Point. Proponents of Proposition are losing ground and so have resorted to - LIES.

First and foremost we have a large area called the State Candlestick Park. As all of you know this is State jurisdiction. It will NOT be transferred to the City nor to Lennar under no circumstances.

Then we have the Alice Griffith Project - this is Federal property.

We have large Parking Lots that comes under the jurisdiction of the 49ers.

We have several lots that are Private Property - so some one must agree to give up this property.
Private owners are not stupid and from what I have heard - they will fight - tooth and nail to save their properties from the vultures that are hovering above them.

Candlestick Stadium is maintained by SF Recreation and Park - that has a long term lease with the 49ers.

Proposition G hints about a stadium - but there is no money for a stadium just hot air. Ask the proponents if there is money to build a stadium and they will tell you they do not have it. Lots of switch and bait in Proposition G - which makes a lot of vague promises - some reference on page 16 in the fake legal material linked to Proposition G.

Proposition cannot and will not go forward unless the constituents of San Francisco vote to void Proposition D and F - both approved by the Voters and which protect the rights of the constituents.
Limit the spending at Candlestick Point and states clearly what can and what cannot be built at Candlestick Point.

For the first time the Pacific Heights Mafia has garnered vast sums of money and thugs to intimidate those that are for the people and mandate Affordable Housing - to cater to all San Franciscans in San Francisco. This after all is a City Measure - and we favor Proposition.

Decent folks that want affordable housing should vote for Proposition F.

The over 700 acres of land will be given for free - if the transaction happens. The land is worth over 5 Billion. Anyone can build 10,000 homes and make a profit - especially if they have the land for free - and it is equity worth 5 Billion.

Proposition F demands fifty percent affordable housing. We have many models that can be applied to build affordable housing and keep the thousands living San Francisco - to better serve San Francisco and what is more - work in San Francisco.

We especially want to keep families and children. Vote for our future vote Proposition F.

Proposition G is vague and full of hot air. San Franciscans are not stupid to believe that Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is Candlestick Point.

The Clean Up of Hunters Point Shipyard is the Navy's responsibility. It is needs billions to clean up the Shipyard. So, when G states in its voting material " Clean Up the Shipyard " - it is telling us nothing - that we do not know.

Lennar has failed on Parcel A - and now it want to dabble with Candlestick Point. This will not happen under our watch in San Francisco.

The only way the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - Parcel B, C, D, E and F can be cleaned is if the Navy is given Billions. So far it has a small sum of $ 82 million and the clean up is very, very, slow.

Really, Proposition G is about Candlestick Point that is prone to liquefaction being completely landfill. The land was once the Bay and has very serious problems.

At Candlestick an Environmental Impact Report will reveal over fifty toxic hot spots. The City and County of San Francisco has the responsibility to clean up these areas - and does not have the money.

Mayor Gavin Newsom talks the talk but cannot walk the walk.

Lennar thinks it can LIE and fool all the people - all the time. Time will tell.

Voting G will not speed up the Clean Up of the Shipyard. Where will the money come from? Most of the money is sent to Iraq and the clean up of bases all over this Nation - is low priority. Find out for yourselves.

Lennar is sinking in a Cesspool of its own making. Shame on Lennar for lying and some how implying that Proposition will Clean Up the Shipyard.

In fact on Parcel A which is the Shipyard - Lennar wants to build over 1600 homes in the middle of a Superfund Site - a very toxic site. It wants to build homes in the middle of Chernobyl.

This time around Lennar's - Switch and Bait - Spin and Bluff will not fly!

Those few Blacks - mostly sell outs vouching for Lennar should be ashamed of themselves. One of them is Sophie Maxwell. I have named the other cronies too many time - including the Pastors that wear pink and blue - and have no clue what they are standing for.

Some of the sell outs live outside San Francisco and want to come into our living rooms and rearrange our furniture without our permission.

Your days are numbered.

In the Bayview there is a MOVEMENT led by some very astute leaders from all walks of life and from all ethnicities - our fight is one that is spiritual and since we have sound moral compass - we can go to a better place.

Lennar has one place where it will sink - the cesspool of its own making. It has failed all over the Nation - and it better leave San Francisco - the sooner the better.

Shame on Mayor Gavin Newsom, Diane Feinstein, and Nancy Pelosi. These corrupt folks have no compassion for our children. They are a disgrace to this Nation. They are in bed with a lying, Rogue Company - Lennar.
