4,000 DEAD.
The number of US soldiers killed in Iraq reached 4,000 as of March 23. We will therefore meet for a vigil at Windows on the Bay (the park near the intersection of Del Monte and El Estero, Monterey) at 5 p.m. on Monday, March 24. Bring signs that call for an end of the occupation and to mourn the loss of both US and Iraqi lives.
