When I went to the reunions of café en calle, I felt that I was apart of the community and that I have to do something. But I'm shy to do that. I don't know why but, I'd didn't do anything. Except when we had visitors, they said some things that made me mad. So I stood up and said what was on my mind.
Café en La Calle is one of the few organizations where teenagers have an opportunity to reveal what they think without being oppressed and have their questions answered by other teenagers. Every Thursday at 6:00 pm at Casa Familiar, it turns into a living room of discussion within teenagers and professionals. Never in my life have I seen a place full of people with diverse opinions.

Cuando fui a las reuniones of Café en la Calle, senti que era parte de la commundad y que tenia que hacer algo al respecto. Pero soy timida para eso. No se porque pero no hice nada. Exepto cuando hubo visitantes cuales dijeron algunas cosas que me dio tristeza. Haci que dije lo que pensaba en esos instantes.
Café en la Calle es una the las pocas organizaciones donde jovenes tienen una opportunidad de reveler lo que piensan sin ser opprimidos y donde pueden tener sus preguntas contestadas. Cada Jueves a las 6:00pm en Casa Familiar, se convierte en una sala de discussion con jovenes y proffesionales. Nunca en mi vida e visto un lugar con personas con tantas diversas opiniones.
