Senator Diane Feinstein at her wits end and Lennar BVHP LLC ready to swallow, poision pill

by Francisco Da Costa
The Bayview Jobs, Parks and Housing Initiative has spent over $525,000 most of the money on so called Consultants. Well, Diane Feinstein the aged Senator is at her wits end and so are the Pacific Heights Mafia. We have an initiative that demands fifty percent affordable housing. Not to mention Lennar BVHP LLC that shouldl be prepared to swallow the poison pill of their own making. The weasel Kofi Bonner has met his match and this time around he is mince meat. There is ONLY so much nonsense and blatant arrogance that we the public will take from Lennar and the Blacks sell outs they have bought for bread crumbs.
We the public have initiated a Ballot Measure and are all geared up to collect 10,000 signatures.
We really need 7200.

Lennar BVHP LLC and the aged Senile Senator have spent over $520,000 - spending most of their money on consultants - and they never, ever imagined that we would collect the required number of signatures and place our Ballot Measure this June, 2008.

The title of our Ballot Measure is a long one - but a good one. We do NOT make vague promises with sentences that begin with should.

Our Initiative is in the affirmative and we state our demands as clear as possible.

WE DEMAND FIFTY PERCENT AFFORDABLE HOUSING. WE MAKE ROOM FOR NO INCOME HOUSING. WE DEMAND THAT NO ONE THAT LIVES IN AND AROUND THE AREA TARGETED FOR DEVELOPMENT - SUFFER ANY ADVERSE AFFECTS.

Affordable Housing Requirements for the Candlestick Point and Hunters Point Shipyard Mixed-Use Development Project - is the long title chosen for us by the SF City Attorney.

We have over 1000 volunteers and we have to collect 7200 - we aim to collect more and how much we will not disclose.

In the mean time the Black sell outs from Bayview can eat their bread crumbs - for this time around Lennar BVHP LLC will be brought to their knees.

The slaves can enjoy the shackles and they can worship their masta - all they want.

The Ballot Measure that we will place in June - asks all San Franciscans to be fully aware of the ploys of Lennar BVHP LLC and the Pacific Heights Mafia.

Lennar BVHP LLC has shown NO good faith and from day one - can chosen to pollute and harm innocent children, elders, and those with compromised health.

The Bayview Hunters Point is the last frontier and much of the land that our Initiative and that of the Senior, Senile Senator is targeted to be developed - has to be mitigated and abated.

Most of it is landfill and prone to liquefaction and the Major Earthquake that will hit us soon.

We want it all the land cleaned up but the others like Lennar BVHP LLC want the land capped and they plan on building tall buildings with lots of soccer fields paid by the Fishers and so on.

The Pacific Height thugs do not care about those living in the Bayview Hunters Point. Never have. Ask them what have they ever done with the exception of stealing and robbing the constituents.

Well, these folks can keep on dreaming about the Conceptual Plan and the dirty ploys that they plan to harm the present community.

There is nothing better then grassroots movement and this time around - the crooks better be prepared to take that poison pill and bid adieu to their creation of their own mess.

It was interesting to read the Chronicle today - and the article about the Bayview Jobs, Parks, and Housing Initiative.

But, wait untill the jerks read our Initiative - it will blow their minds away.
