Rep. Lopez to Join March for End of Life Choices



WHO: Rep. Linda Lopez of Tucson (District 29)

Compassion & Choices Arizona

Advocates from around the state



WHAT: Advocates from around the state will march and rally at the Arizona Capitol to demonstrate to the Arizona Legislature that Arizonans have the right to decide their own choices at the end of their life.



Rep. Lopez, who has a personal experience with this issue, has introduced legislation to guarantee that terminally-ill patients have the right to determine their final chapter.



Advocates will demand that Rep. Lopez’s bill be heard in committee. This is the third annual march. Hundreds of advocates from around Arizona have attended each march.
