Anti Corporate Wiki
CorpWatch has launched a new wiki, Crocodyl to research corporations. The mainstream press has failed to keep corporations in check, and too often publishes information that is glossed over or filled with spin. Crocodyl aims to mobilize the activist and NGO communities to create a community of accountability around corporate behavior, and offer this research as a public service to anyone who has internet access. All work is licensed Creative Commons and can be used for any purposes, so long as derivatives are shared-alike.
Please join our efforts to create a living history on the worlds richest corporations. We have started a project to profile the Global Fortune 500 from a critical perspective, and have already gained support of partner organizations such as the Center for Corporate Policy and the Corporate Research Project of Good Jobs First. These nonprofits and others will act as the "Sponsors" of these companies, assuring that the information presented remains critical and accurate. We aren't interested in becoming another PR machine.
To profile all of the largest companies in the world is a daunting task, so if you have some time to spare or could help out, please create an account and lend a hand. Thanks!
