Lennar BVHP LLC continues to do damage to the community living in and around Parcel A. The residents by Middle Point Public Housing, Kiska Road Public Housing, those living by Navy Road in the Oakdale Public Housing suffer the most. Daily - the area is bombarded by Heavy Metals, Particulates, Asbestos Structures. At the moment some company - is laying down the infrastructure - the clean and waste water pipes, man holes, catchment tanks - and in the bargain - disturbing the crushed Asbestos Dust, the heavy metals, and the many other toxins that saturate and lay in heaps in and around Parcel A. Doing further damage to the environment.
When the world hears about Lennar Corporation and their EVIL deeds - it forgets to comprehend that San Francisco is a Racist City.
That mostly Whites living in the richer neighborhood by Pacific Heights in San Francisco - have invested millions - to drive Blacks and others from the Bayview Hunters Point area and in short all over San Francisco.
Many - fully understand that buying a home in San Francisco is very expensive. Even, now when the Housing Economy is stalled and the prices of homes - have dropped by thousands - most average folks cannot buy homes.
The paradox is that over 60% of the folks in the Bayview Hunters Point own their homes. But, as the parents or those that are aged who are the owners - are battling age and sickness - most of the children - do not have sound jobs.
Waiting, on the side lines are crooks to steal the homes - and some will use Eminent Domain - through the SF Redevelopment Agency - to take what they want.
These - serious of factors linked to lack of job opportunities, sound facilities, lack of health facilities, and a host of other problems linked to food and survival - have been imposed by the San Francisco City Fathers and the filthy rich - the likes of the Fishers, the Pelosis, the Blums, the Feinsteins, the Shoresteins, and the many others that work daily to see to the de-population of the folks living - in the Bayview Hunters Point and you may say the Southeast Sector.
There are many companies in California that could have developed any project large or small in the Bayview Hunters Point. How ever there is NO company - bold enough to dare build homes on toxic land and defy the Regulatory Agencies.
The only corporation that dared do this was Lennar BVHP LLC backed by the criminal Willie L. Brown Jr. - the former Mayor of San Francisco and long time Speaker in Sacramento, the Pelosis, Senator Diane Feinstein, and her husband Richard Blum.
The powers that be - our so called Representatives - bend back wards and order Regulatory Agencies to look the other way.
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Bay Area Air Quality Management Distric (BAAQMD), the San Francisco Public Health Department (SFPHD), and so on and so forth.
The California Office of Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and one Cora Gharga - gave Lennar BVHP LLC a waiver - when it came to the large scale grading - hundreds of acres - with little watering - and standards more in keeping with indoor standards when it came to Asbestos Structures.
NO WORKING DUST AND ASBESTOS MONITORING EQUIPMENT IN PLACE FOR OVER FOUR MONTHS - ALL THIS DONE BY LENNAR WITH INTENT TO HARM THE PEOPLE.
There have been many Notice of Violations - and over 120 exceedances - the powers that be are not concerned.
The MOVEMENT - consisting of thousands - active supporters at ground zero- and thousands of others - ready to join a moment's notice - have racked havoc with Lennar BVHP LLC operations and put the City and County of San Francisco - on notice.
When the MOVEMENT - even dares make a mention that - the supporters will be attending a meeting - or visit the SF Board of Supervisors - those that make the policies - are silent and sweat - we see fear in their eyes because their souls are tormented.
The skunks have lost their MORAL COMPASS - and did not expect - in the wildest dreams that there would be an uprising in San Francisco and expose the "skunks and vermin" - today, the world knows exactly what is happening.
THERE IS NOTHING LIKE PEOPLE POWER AND A GRASS ROOTS MOVEMENT THAT IS EXPAND - THE CROOKS AT THEIR WITS END - AND THE IDIOTS HAVE NOT SEEN ANYTHING YET.
The paradox in this case is that Democrats the kind of Congressperson Nancy Pelosi, Senator Diane Feinstein and other key Democrats - are leading the charge against the people in the Bayview Hunters Point.
What is going on in the Bayview Hunters Point is playing a key role on the National Level and making in roads - in the on going Presidential Elections in the Nation.
The Democrats will suffer - if they do not address this explosive situation - in the Bayview Hunters Point and surrounding area.
The Mayor of San Francisco - Mayor Gavin Newsom is a puppet - who is controlled by Senator Diane Feinstein.
Mayor Gavin Newsom - also listens to his relative Congressperson Nancy Pelosi.
The spineless Mayor Gavin Newsom - who exhibits poor leadership qualities - has chosen to side with Lennar BVHP LLC - because huge sums of money are involved. With crooks that have blood on their hands - it is always about greed and money.
