Misinformation about a SF stadium on land that is toxic and land that belongs to the State

The Main Media is doing - all San Franciscans - injustice, by giving proponents of a Ballot Measure initiated by Senator Diane Feinstein - false publicity.

Candlestick Park now has a contract with Recreation and Park and Candlestick Park has NOT been maintained - in years gone by. If the City builds any large facility - so far it does not have a good track record to maintain - stadiums or golf courses.

Near by is the State Park that belongs to the State of California. The City and County of San Francisco has a fake design to take over this land - which is actually the former garbage dump - and prone to liquefaction.

The City and County of San Francisco proposes to give the State of California some land - at Hunters Point even before the land has been abated or cleaned.

So far the land at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - is Federal Property and controlled by the U.S. Navy. Only Parcel A has been transferred to the City and County of San Francisco - and it too has polluted the constituents. This was done by Lennar BVHP LLC.

The City and County of San Francisco is putting the horse before the cart - and thinks with a measly $82 million - it has control over 100 acres of land. This is a lie and this issue cannot be resolved and implemented - as easily as these fools talk to the Press.

The City and County of San Francisco has NOT learned much - they still want Lennar BVHP LLC to build facilities, homes, stadiums. Lennar's Stock and Shares have been reduced to Triple Junk Bond Status. So, why would anyone want to do business with this company.

This is what happens - when you take money - and sell your SOUL to the DEVIL. In this case the devil is Lennar BVHP LLC - that has with intent - harmed our children, our Elders, and those with compromised health.

In previous years - San Franciscans passed two Ballot measures - Proposition D and F. Now, we have Senator Diane Feinstein - who does not represent the community and who has NOT had one single, meaningful dialog with the community - wanted to repeal these passed Ballot Measures. Why?

The Bayview Jobs, Parks, and Housing Ballot Initiative false Ballot Measure - is signed by Aurelious Walker, Loretta (Lola) Whittle, and Robert Simms -supposedly, these folks all Blacks represent the community. The fact is - that this could not be further from the TRUTH.

They are all Sell Outs and will called in by the community that is now - fully, organized to deal with such folks that betray the community at large.

The Ballot Measure called Bayview Jobs, Parks, and Housing Initiative - is initiated by Senator Diane Feinstein and others like the Fishers - who want to take control of the last frontier in San Francisco.

The Ballot Measure wants to revoke - Proposition D and F - and, as I said there has been NO meaningful dialog in the community.

If you read the Initiate - the language is vague and there is no commitment to those that live in Public Housing at Double Rock - also known as Alice Griffith. The language is written in such a way that once the housing is built - those with felonies, old folks, and others that the Enemy - wants out - will be kept out.

In other words no one will be grandfathered into the proposed New Housing units - without being filtered by the Enemy. The old will be sent to places that cater to the old and away from where they stay at the moment. Others that have some record will be sent into the streets - into the cold and further away from where they live - today.

Others the Enemy deems unfit - will be sanitized as only the Enemy knows how.

Not too long ago when it came to Black - over 35% Blacks lived in San Francisco - this has been reduced to 5%. Think about this deeply - especially, all you Black sell outs.

Recently, the name of President George Bush Jr. has been thrown in as if President Bush is interested - in the 49ers and the proposed new stadium.

He is not. The President knows better - then involve himself with the dubious nature of the aging Senile Senator Diane Feinstein - who has not represented the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point. Other Democrats that have done San Franciscans - in.

Senator Diane Feinstein is leading the charge and her only intention is to take over large areas - so that rich people can rake in the millions - at the expense of those that are poor and cannot defend themselves.

Mayor Gavin Newsom and his cronies have been ordered as slaves to do the bidding of the Senile, Senator Diane Feinstein - who does not have the interest of the poor at heart.

The aging Senator has no compassion - as was witnessed by her approving Water-Boarding - something decent American abhor and which the Enemy will use on American Forces captured - and do it without impunity and against the Geneva Convention.

Proposition D and F have their merits and should not be touched and should not be repealed.

As I said NO meaningful dialog has been held with the community - not one single meeting.

House Negroes that are going along with the Ballot Initiative to accommodate the wishes of Senator Diane Feinstein - better watch out - this time around your previous commitments - against the community and for dubious proponents - will NOT go unchecked.

We are monitoring - your every move to gather the 7,000 signatures using signature gathered by hirelings - that receive $2.50 and more for each signature.

I have met some of these fools and NOT one of them understands the issues at hand.

I want the SF City Attorney to make note of this fact. Remember the 33,200 signatures we collected legally and which you nullified for no reason. Here we have folks that have not read the Ballot Measure gathering signatures and folks that do not comprehend the issues at hand. Cannot explain the vague language that its incorporated in the proposed Ballot Measure - Bayview Jobs,Parks, and Housing Initiative.

It sound good but it is meant to de-populate the community and take over large areas of land in the Bayview Hunters Point.

How, can this City and County of San Francisco do this? It can do this because it is Racist.

Well, it is all about redlining, de-population, discrimination, and proposed total wipe out of the entire community - that the Enemy - purports, not to be KOSHER in their eyes.

You will have folks that will howl, scream, and rant when it comes to any wrong reference of the Holocaust - but, check this out - it is happening in our community in the Bayview Hunters Point and no one is doing anything.

Our children have been bombarded and are slowly dying.

Poisoned by Lennar BVHP LLC - a rogue company that is backed by Diane Feinstein, the Fishers, Mayor Gavin Newsom, and Nancy Pelosi.There are other demons too - but naming them would fill hundreds of pages.

The Main Media should stop spreading false information.

It would be nice for the Main Media to talk about the Ballot Measure introduced by Diane Feinstein
- put her on front stage - and expose the aging, Senile, Senator for what she is worth - despicable.

Also, Mayor Gavin Newsom, Mr. Darius Anderson, the Fishers with Soccer Field Plans, and the nonsense of capping very toxic land - that contains Radiological Elements.

Other land that is actually - a garbage dump - prone to liquefaction.

These fools think nothing of building facilities and exposing folks to Radiological Elements and Cancer and other such ailments.

Where is the Main Media - with through - investigative reporting.
