This week an amazing mural was painted on site where Gary King Jr. was
murdered by OPD Sgt. Patrick Gonzales on September 20, 2007. On Saturday,
December 15, Gary's family, friends, neighbors, and surrounding community
will gather at 7:30pm for a candlelight vigil to view the mural and
remember Gary. Please spread the word and come out for the event! It is
located on the corner of MLK JR. Way and 54th Street in North Oakland.

And again, there will be a protest at the City Attorney's Office on
Thursday, December 20th from 3:00-5:00pm. It will be held at: Rene C.
Davidson Courthouse, 1225 Fallon Street, Oakland, CA 94612. Sgt. Patrick
Gonzales is off the streets for the moment, but the fight continues!
